Wonderful experience for buying a new car. We had been searching for a 25 Expedition for a couple of weeks and couldn't find exactly what were looking for close to home. After calling a couple of out of state dealers and still coming up empty we finally connected with J.C. Morgan. He immediately went to work getting us all the info on the vehicle we were interested in. He got us a ton of pictures and videos that weren't on the website. He got us a good deal on our trade as well. Once we got all the details worked out we made the 140 mile trip from Kentucky to get our Expedition. J.C. met us in the parking lot and got us out on a test drive. Signed papers and brought it home that night. Will definitely be reaching out next time we are looking.

Without pushing me towards either one, he shared his observations/insights about my test drive... so very helpful in helping me evaluate the pros and cons of each vehicle. I never felt rushed. I felt like Tyler was genuinely trying to fit a car to my needs an preferences. He was courteous, kind, and respectful. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. This was definitely a "no pressure" experience. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful.

You're service department is awful. What is the point of taking online appointments if when the customer shows up you just tell them that if they drop their car you will look at it in a week or so? I made appointment last week to have my car looked at. I have a transmission code popping up. You're service page asks for all details pertaining to why you are bringing car in. So why would nobody call me to let me know that you wouldn't be able to honor the appointment and would need to keep my car for a week or longer?? When I asked service writer why they took appointment and didn't call she said she just looks at appointment not the reason. She was rude and I didn't appreciate it. Ive been trying not to drive car much in case it's a big issue. I drive it all the way from my house to dealership for appointment I made last week and I get told you can't look at it for over a week? If it was going to be big repair I was considering buying a car from Barnett. I will be sure to let everyone I Know not to bring their car to Russell Barnett or to buy a car.

We came all the way from Springfield Tn to pick up the Navigator L we wanted. We had already been on the phone with Thomas getting him to send pictures and asking all kinds of questions. Thomas White was great, he had the Navigator all clean and ready to go when we got there the paper work didn't take long at all. We really appreciate everything they did he even set up our phones and door locks for us so my husband and I could talk to each other on the way home we were in separate cars at this time.. We will be recommending them to all our family and friends.

HORRIBLE PLACE! THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES AND CROOKED AS THEY COME. LAST WEEK OF MARCH 2019 I PURCHASED A 2016 FORD F 250 SUPER DUTY, WITH $20k down and financed the remaining balance. After making payments for almost a year this Dealership not the finance company Capital One, decides to come pick up the truck . After waiting this entire time for them to send my information to get my tags, which i never received and the finance company also never received the title. They totally disregarded the 10 day purchase agreement rule they they can not pick a vehicle up after 10 days and without some kind of written notice being sent, which is under Title 8 of the Consumer Law.I have never received any form of communication with them other than to pick up my vehicle to where i can not even get to work. I have called and emailed and left messages no replies have been given even after a week of trying to reach someone. They will not let me speak to any of the higher ups over Cindy Davis. They have basically stole my truck . i am now left with no transportation and no downpayment and no answers . I dont even know where my truck is or how to get it back because no one will communicate with me. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE . THEY ARE CROOKS! On October of 2003 we found some manufature defects in our tires. And finding we had some vehicle information which was not disclosed be the saler for some reason.Tucker was insistant we bring my truck to Elk Valley to check the tires and in that time talked to the owner which bent over backwards to fix both problems. And Jeff Tucker is the man we deal with on every return.There is not a better <br> service manager anywhere. Elk Valley Ford is number one . Thanks for <br> all you have done..........Thanks Al
