I want to take a moment to recognize Napleton Dodge for the outstanding care and professionalism they showed me during a very stressful situation with my vehicle. Alan Kurtz, the manager, went above and beyond by personally arranging to have my vehicle picked up directly from my home so it would not have to be driven while experiencing a severe oil leak. That level of consideration and customer care immediately set the tone and gave me confidence I was in the right place. From there, Alan put me in the hands of Pat Lannon, the Service Manager, and it was truly smooth sailing. Pat assigned his best mechanic to my truck and, for the first time in a year, a long-standing oil leak issue was finally diagnosed and properly resolved. Throughout the entire process, Pat provided regular updates along with video proof and photos of the work being done, which showed transparency, honesty, and pride in his work. Pat never wavered in his strict work ethic and commitment to getting the job done right. That kind of integrity is rare these days and is something I deeply respect and admire. I arrived at the dealership check in lane for my ACURA to be serviced, and was immediately greeted and checked in. Their waiting area is exemplary. Very wide, open very well lit and windows to the outside also sofas, comfortable chairs some small tables with seats next to each one if you wanted to have a snack or read a book or whatever you had a choice. They also have quite a few desks with chairs, not huge desks that you would have in your own home obviously, but they are personalized so should I say privatized so that you feel that you are working alone there. One of the employees who happen to pass by while you were sitting if you were looking up, they would not smile say hello. Everyone was very welcoming. That entire waiting area as well as the ladies room were immaculate, and they are constantly going through and making sure of that it is maintained. The customer service representative who was the liaison between me and the technicians was Zeek. A friendly, professional, welcoming, informative, and all around good natured individual who made my visit there a relaxed one. I truly appreciate his expertise and look forward to having him as representative to me in the future.

Very welcoming and thorough in their service. I just purchased a Miata Sport. Series. Any and all questions were handled patiently and honestly. The sales representative, never pressure or pushed the sale. If he, or any other had done so, I would've left without buying. Christopher De Varona spent quite a bit of time advising, etc. He even helped me make some determining decisions regarding auto insurance. This Miata is a second vehicle. With his help I am now paying less for insurance coverage on two vehicles than I was paying for my other alone. Same if not better coverage too. Another fellow (Lawrence) also offered great assistance. Both delivered my new car to my residence, which is no small convenience. They have also been very clear that I am more than welcome to contact them if I have further questions. I will. Willie (manager) was extremely approachable. I got a fair price, a good deal. There is no doubt that I will recommend this dealership to my friends and acquaintances!

I also very much appreciate the help from the 2 people in the service dept who helped me drop off my former car for service and got me into the loaner vehicle that I ended up purchasing..The woman in charge of the loaner was super efficient, helpful and super kind. Very cooperative prior to sale. Purchased 2024 Genesis GV80 at a fair price. Drove over 3 hours to pick up car. Everything was resolved before I got to dealership. I dealt with A.J. Borges and sales rep Devon. Waited at dealership over four hours to close deal and car detailed. When I got home, realized front mats were missing. Waited to Monday to talk to A.J. Advised he would check with detailing for mats. I called back later pm Monday. He advised detailing did not have mats. I asked him how were we going to resolve. The printed official vehicle description specifically showed “ carpeted floor mats”. He said that was for a new car and hung up on me. If you buy from Wallace Genesis make certain the car is exactly as described as they will not stand behind their representations.

We recently purchased a 2026 Chevy Traverse. Jonathan has been nothing short of amazing. He knew what I wanted and found exactly what I wanted and made sure I got it. The car was in Miami and Ray set up a trade for it. Crazy enough after a few days of having it there was a bad smell coming from it. Brought it back in and Jonathan made sure I had a car to drive while it was in the shop. There was a 4 foot iguana that was hiding out up inside causing the smell. They deep cleaned it all and got it ready in time for our road trip. I would recommend Jonathan to anyone. His friendly, happy go lucky attitude just lights up the room in an already stressful situation. He has easily turned into a friend at this point.
