Our experience at Walker was the best we ever had purchasing our new F150 XLT 4by4 Keith Cox and Shawna Hargett were two of the best sales people we ever dealt with. This was my first new car and new truck. So you could imagine how you might feel when doing one of the most stressful things in life. Our entire experience was awesome from negotiating our trade in to working with the finance manager. And we even met the Accessories Manager who set us up with a few items nicer than our truck already was. Most importantly. Rayanne was very thorough and professional. I especially like the video showing the work done on my vehicle. My only concern is with the system that says I missed two appointments in the last year even though I have video and documentation that I did not miss any. It gives the impression that I am not maintaining my vehicle in accordance with my extended warranty requirements.

The only thing I would say is the actual charges were not explained as I was signing all the paperwork. I do admit I could have asked more questions and didn't.
