Been a customer of this dealership since 2017. Parks Ford service department has always taken my concerns seriously and professionally. I would not patronize any other Ford dealer in my area. Destin, the service manager at Parks’s Ford strives to be the best. I’m very happy with my service.

Very nice people, but initially had communication issues over getting truck in for service and getting a loaner despite it being basically brand new (under 4K miles). Once we got the truck in for service, communication improved tremendously. Technician went on a test drive with me and answered any and all questions. We did not resolve the parking brake issue yet.

I was met by staff member Adam and finalized my sale with a Salesman Named George. The service was indeed exceptional from start to finish. At all times I was shown a genuine concern for my situation, needs and most importantly the right vehicle for me. The staff were truly kind, affectionate, and caring and George showed all the professionalism inherit of a true salesman. From beginning of my test drive to the final financing of my vehicle everything was explained in clarity and he ensured I understood the transaction. In every way it was exceptional service and I will be forever grateful to Bill Currie Ford, its professional staff and to George and Adam for their full support.
