Advisor Richardson was courteous, professional and ensured me he would take of my concerns and that the service tech team would assess the issue immediately. Devon informed me to save the phone number for Greenway Hyundai Genesis Orlando into my contacts-it goes directly to my cell phone. Devon Richardson said I could Text or call anytime if you need anything! I truly appreciate the service and attention that Advisor Devon and the service staff provided and they made me feel like a valued customer and welcomed.

Outstanding, professional and courteous service. Would highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a Genesis. We had a problem for 2 months with a previous dealership where we bought our car and they didn’t return calls, texts or emails and they could not resolve our issue. One visit to Genesis Central Florida and they solved our issue. The dealership is conveniently located near the turnpike, the ‘waiting room’ is an elegant lounge with snacks, coffee and soft drinks. But most important was their friendliness and great service and they were the only ones who could actually update our maps and get wireless Apple Car Play installed and working. We’ll return here anytime we need service or for a future new Genesis.
