From start to finish, Karen was professional, patient, and very easy to work with. She kept me updated by text and phone, sent clear numbers up front, and had everything prepared before I made the trip in from out of town. When I arrived, the vehicle was exactly as described and there were no surprises. Johnny in finance did an excellent job coordinating my Bank of America business auto loan. He respected that I already had my own financing in place and made the process smooth, efficient, and pressure-free. I just want to give recognition where recognition is due. My Grandparents live in Florida during the winter and called me letting me know they have been having issues with their vehicle. The service writer (Tyler) was great to work with. I called him to express my concerns of my grandparents vehicle and got them taken care of during their visit and they didn’t even have to drop off their vehicle. I 100% recommend going to Tyler in service. I also want to give recognition to the scheduling department. I was worried about my grandparents getting taken care of while we are across the country from them. The scheduler called me to follow up on the appointment I made to ask me more questions and ensure they would get my family taken care of during their visit.

Princ Chevrolet was amazing - I bought my 2021 Suburban remotely - selected the vehicle - they took it from there - drove to my house for me to sign paperwork and pick up information on my trade-in - when my truck arrived they offered to deliver it to me, but I wanted to drive that truck home myself, and honestly meet my salesperson face to face. I was charged $70 for aftermarket belt that cost $12 outside, 400% markup + $90 to install the belt. The tech left his greasy finger prints on my headliner. I wrote to the dealer and they said they will look into it and that they will detail my car and get rid of the grease on my head liner but they never did, I sent two emails to Joedy Tidwell the service director asking when can I take my car in and got no answer.
