My wife and I have purchased many vehicles from Gilland Chevrolet. We have never any issues. My wife said she would like a new vehicle as the mailbu (which we purchased there) was getting hard for her get Chevrolet. We have never any issues. I told her we would go the dealership on Sunday and look for a SUV. She located a black Equinox. She went down to the dealership and test drove it. She then called me to buy it. Johnny our long time sales rep put every thing together for us to purchase the vehicle in very short order. Our sale price price was very good plus the 0% interest rate. Johnny combined all of the paperwork in short order about 2 hours or so. It took only about an hour to purchase the Equinox. The young lady provided excellent service and we would like for you to thank her for us. JOHNNY is more than a sales rep. We consider him as a friend and visit when we service our Chevrolet. Poor service led to transmission issues. I have been getting my oil changed for years and was told that all fluids are checked at each service. I was on my way home and car started jerking a I have been getting my oil changed for years and was told that all fluids are checked at each service. I was on my way home and car started jerking and stalling only to find out it was 1 1/2 quarts low in transmission fluid. I had just had the oil changed on 3/4/2024. Had a talk with the desk guy and he confirmed that I had been coming for years and they check all fluids. I asked, then why was my transmission fluid low? No response was given. More
