After working diligently with Grace on the phone on Thursday, we came to a mutual agreement of a price & a scheduled time for pick up on Friday. As we were preparing to leave this Fri morning, Grace called to inform us about an unexpected problem with the car we were planning to purchase. While on the phone Grace & her manager went above & beyond to offer us an exceptional deal on an even better replacement vehicle. The worst dealership in this area. Do not deal with these people. Bought a stand new jeep wrangler that had stop start issue as soon as I left the parking lot. Returned for service multiple times and they found no issues. 4 years later I’m replacing the aux battery $99 because they wouldn’t. Also had my company vehicle a dodge ram towed to them for ac brakes and diagnostics. They did nothing not even a test drive and said nothing was wrong. The next day it died. The worst dealership. Stay away.

From the time I arrived was greeted by Patrick, he was very and helpful. They have a very nice selection of cars, I was looking for a mustang GT 05 and newer they had 3 to choose from. Patrick was able to get in a 2007 mustang GT with only $1500 down every other dealer wanted $2500 or more down, I drove away that same day in my new, I am soo happy, thank orange city motors for making it happen.

Wade was my representative and he was exceptional! He displayed humility, patience, and a friendly demeanor. After discussing my budget, we explored their car lot which offered an extensive selection of high-quality yet affordable cars. Wade made the process comfortable, allowing me to browse before making a decision. There was no sense of pressure at all. Later Eugene helped with financing and he was equally fantastic. Despite concerns about my credit affecting my chances, he worked his magic and made it possible for me to drive away in my beautiful new car. It's been four days with my new car, and I'm absolutely thrilled!
