Outstanding Service from Sales to Maintenance at Fayetteville Ford Since the pandemic, I’ve shifted much of my shopping online—including, surprisingly, buying vehicles. Prior to 2020, I had never purchased a brand-new car or truck. But over the past few years, I’ve made not one, but two new vehicle purchases: a 2022 Ford Bronco and a 2024 Ford Maverick. Both were purchased through Fayetteville Ford with the exceptional assistance of sales consultant Dave Miller. Dave’s professionalism, courtesy, and helpful attitude made the buying experience smooth and stress-free—something I truly appreciated as a first-time new car buyer. Naturally, like many new vehicles, there have been a few recalls, but that’s where the dealership’s continued service really shines. I’ve relied on Fayetteville Ford for all routine maintenance, oil changes, service calls, and recall work for both vehicles. What has really impressed me is their mobile service option. Technician Casey, in particular, has delivered top-notch service—always punctual, respectful, and highly skilled. His professionalism reflects the kind of customer care every dealership should strive for. Having worked in I.T. customer service for over 30 years with the Department of Defense, I recognize quality service when I see it. Fayetteville Ford, from sales to service, has consistently delivered just that.

Just bought a truck there, experience was great. Dillon was extremely knowledgeable about the truck. He was very helpful in the set up. Great dealership to go to buy a car. Will go back.

TLDR: Allan Vigil Ford clearly doesn't value their customers once you buy your vehicle! I can't recommend the dealership due to the service department. The dealership did not advise that the recall to replace a clip on an interior trim piece would take 24 - 48 hours when the job should take less than 5 minutes. This is incredibly inconvenient when I'm going on vacation in less than two days. The Service Advisor, Julius Nave, said the truck would be finished 5pm the next day due to my vacation. I called at 5:30 PM the next day and not only did they not complete the recall, they had to order the clip and it may not be here tomorrow either. I'm delaying leaving for my vacation for several hours in hopes that the clip will be on the morning part delivery. I'm incredibly disappointed in this dealership's service department. Coming from a Jeep I thought their service department was bad but this Ford Dealership is the worst I've been to. I've never had to such a bad experience from a dealership.

Buyer be aware. "As is" means "As is". I wish I could do a half star after this experience. I bought a used 2018 truck less than a month ago, and as soon as I left the dealership, a vibration occurred and stayed the same over a certain mph. Unfortunately, when the test drive occurred, I ended up being right under this paticular mph which I felt nothing. I called back a day or two later after I went through every diagnosis I could. All I was told was that they did the so called "99 point inspection" which they sent to me after this complaint. That inspection isn't as good as the piece of paper it was typed on. Now, the truck has to have a transmission. Wow, it could have lasted at least a month or two before it came up. All they could say is, it is yours. Man, what some customer service. As long as they get the sell. It must be nice to check tire pressure, fluids, and a bunch of nuts to see if they were tight and call it an inspection. If you decide to go here to by a vehicle, bring your own personal mechanic to do the inspection. I hope you all enjoy your commission.
