The service department has always been top notch! - starplee65

The service department has always been top notch! They never seem to act like you are a bother, like other service departments. They treat you as the reason they exist. They treat you like family. They address you by name, because they know who you are. Don't get me wrong, I like their service department for the experience and professionalism they provide, and the ability to do things right the first time. But, I like the family-feel. Keep up the great work!

I purchased my Silverado from Reed in August 2020, and - Chris Miller

I purchased my Silverado from Reed in August 2020, and Carlos Blizzard provided a top-notch sales experience from day one. Nearly six years later, I recently returned after experiencing transmission issues, and once again the dealership delivered. I especially want to recognize Josh Goodwin for the way he handled the entire process. Josh is new in his role, but his professionalism, communication, and customer service were outstanding. Transmission problems can quickly become stressful and expensive, but Josh kept me informed, answered my questions, and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. I also have to give Reed credit for standing behind its warranty. Having a major repair like a transmission replacement handled under warranty reinforced just how valuable it was to purchase from a dealership that supports its customers well beyond the original sale. The remanufactured transmission arrived ahead of my appointment, I dropped the truck off Friday morning, and the repair was handled efficiently and professionally. Josh did an excellent job representing the dealership, and I hope leadership recognizes the positive impact he is already making with customers. From Carlos providing an excellent buying experience in 2020, to Josh taking care of me during a major transmission repair today, Reed has continued to earn my trust. If I purchase another vehicle, Reed will absolutely be one of my first stops based on the customer service, professionalism, and a top-notch warranty that truly delivered when I needed it most. Five stars. Keep up the great work, Josh!

Rahmik was an absolute pleasure to work with. - Nchaplin68

Rahmik was an absolute pleasure to work with. He guided my friend through the entire car‑buying process with patience, understanding, and a level of kindness that truly stood out. He listened carefully, never rushed her decisions, and made sure she felt confident every step of the way. Thanks to his professionalism and genuine care, she drove away in her dream car — and we left feeling deeply appreciative of the experience he created. It’s rare to meet someone so committed to making customers feel valued, and Rahmik exceeded every expectation.

I received a message from Onstar about an alert regarding - brooke24jgordon

I received a message from Onstar about an alert regarding my brakes. I scheduled a service appointment online through the dealership's website. A few days prior to my appointment I started experiencing a problem with starting my vehicle, I replaced the battery, however the issue continued. On the morning of my appointment I was greeted by John R., Service Advisor and expressed my new concerns. He respectfully listened to me and had the service technicians investigate the issue. Since it was more than one issue, and I decided to wait, I spent a little time with John R and Courtney in the waiting lounge. I observed how they welcomed and treated everyone that came in with respect. They were genuinely warm and made everyone feel like family. I highly recommend Raceway Chevrolet's Service department. Thank you John R and Courtney!

Simply a greatful experience. - alberto.nunez.jr.32

Simply a greatful experience. Im a single dad of two girls going through a seperation and having started all over again... I didnt think we'd actually drive out with the vehicle we wanted... but the team here at Hunter Chevrolet made it happen! Thank you to those in finance that helped (John and Jammie), those in sales that helped (RJ and Brian), to the advisor Felix all the way to the GM himself, David. Everyone working together gave me a chance to say to my girls that we got approved and will be driving home. You all worked so hard for us to have a win that we needed, thank you all again.

This wonderful buying experience started with a call from - Gary Kreisler

This wonderful buying experience started with a call from Natalia C. in new car sales. I went to Beach Chevrolet recently in Little River looking for a new Colorado. Gary B. gave me a great offer. I wanted a blue truck, only found red, black and white. They searched and found me a 2026 Colorado that was loaded with everything I wanted and more in another state. When I returned, Natalia finished the paperwork and ensured that I received all discounts that was offered at time of sale. Gary B and Natalia were professional, friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you Beach Chevrolet in Little River. We love the new Snow drift blue metallic Colorado. I like to think that I have friends in the car/truck business. Best vehicle purchase ever. I am 72 and have been a Chevrolet man since I was 16. I even signed the wall for military appreciation month.

I just purchased a 2026 Tahoe from Stokes Chevrolet in - johndhusband3

I just purchased a 2026 Tahoe from Stokes Chevrolet in Moncks Corner S.C., and the entire experience was top-notch. I reached out to them looking for a very specific vehicle, exact options list, and a price range in mind. Initially, I visited two other dealerships searching for the vehicle to no avail. However, my sales contact at Stokes was incredible—she was extremely knowledgeable, made me feel genuinely valued as a customer, and communicated with me effectively throughout the entire process. Most importantly, she was proactive and aggressive in tracking down the precise vehicle I wanted. Within two days, she successfully located the Tahoe in another state. Stokes quickly arranged to have it delivered to the dealership within 24 hours. Since I live over 50 miles away, I completed most of the transaction remotely. I simply drove to the dealership the next business day, paid for the vehicle, and drove it home. The process was wonderfully simple, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and I would not hesitate to do business with Stokes Chevrolet in the future. I highly recommend them!

I just bought a new car at Crews Chevrolet. - maks1015

I just bought a new car at Crews Chevrolet. I am a new customer and this visit was absolutely the best. Greg Cau the sales consultant went out of his way to ensure that I was completely satisfied. He explained every detail prior to my decision and followed up a few days later to ensure that I was pleased with my purchase, unbelievable! Just a World Class service from a World Class professional. This dealership is tops and they are fortunate for having an employee of Greg's caliber on their staff.

We purchased our 2025 Chevy Trax RS1 at the end of 2024. - makaylanapier98

We purchased our 2025 Chevy Trax RS1 at the end of 2024. At first we were so excited to have a new family vehicle. Our rep was Davis Easton. He was nice and ok to work with, a little pushy but overall that was a good experience. But after the excitement has went away we started wondering about the finance process we went through. We are expecting a baby and need something more family appropriate. We traded the vehicle in and they were also questioning us why the cars price was basically 5,000 dollars more than what it should've been. Something had to of gotten tacked on that we had no clue about. Out the door price for the car was around 24,000 and when we left (mind you all we approved was for the GAP and that was only supposed to tack on 1,000 according to the paper work I have.) it stated that we were financed for over 31,000. Something just didn't add up. Will never go back to Tim Marburger, my husband always told me sketchy stuff went down at Marburger's and now I do believe that. Oh also before I forget, who ever was the finance adviser at that time was such a creep and pervert. Made me feel so uncomfortable. So glad my husband was there with me!
