When I received a recall notice, I called Dane (my regular service advisor since going back to Smithfield). He pulled up the recall and offered a service where the tech comes right to the house instead of me making a trip to Smithfield. "Is there an extra change?" "No ma'am." He switched me over to Holly who put me on the schedule. She also got a reading for the battery and said she would have tech check that also. Today Peyton came out in the pouring down rain. There was room in the garage for him to stay dry while doing the battery change and computer update, He was excellent. I was appreciative of him explaining the battery status and he also gave me a copy of the reading. Then he did the update required for my Escape. After he finished, he answered our many questions about what all could be done by the mobile tech versus having to bring it to the dealer. We have two Ford products. Peyton was very polite and professional addressing us with ma'am and sir. FIVE STARS PLUS for this young man!! And thanks to Dane for offering this service to us and Holly for scheduling us.

Paperwork was performed in a fast and efficient manner. Post sales offers of fuel and driving of purchased vehicle home were much appreciated. It was an overall pleasant experience. This dealership is untrustworthy. Was called and told that they had found a car that fitted what I was interested in, but said I would have to wait until it went through their shop to get checked out and that it would be set aside for me to be the first one to come look at and initially purchase, so after not hearing from them in almost a week I called to see if the car was ready to be looked at and found out that they had sold the car and when I asked why they didn’t call me as they had told me they would they all (customer care manager, sales manager and salesman) lied about what happened. The car belonged to them so it was no need to lie about it. It’s some way to treat a customer who had purchased 3 vehicles from them in the pass, but I’m doubtful if I’ll ever purchase another one from them.

Dealership is rude, and the owner and his son like to tell off customers who did not buy from their dealership. They will also not allow your vehicle to have work done or answer any questions if you stop by and don't have their sticker on your car. They have a VERY small selection of cars and charge top dollar thinking that people may not drive to one of the neighboring towns to purchase on a fair deal. The owner and his son both said FU to me when I stopped by with a question and offered to pay for their service. Dealership is old, run down and should be SHUT DOWN by Ford.
