End of June 2025, we are driving home and passing through Sanford NC. The "Check Engine Oil" indicator comes ON. Very fortunately, a GOOGLE search on my phone finds Hiester CJDR only 6 miiles from my location. Got to the dealership OK, went to Service Office, and met Bill Perry. I explained our emergency, he was able to immediately get the JEEP into a repair slot. The Technician Mr. Garcia-Alcantar found the oil pressure sensor had split and was leaking oil..... So, new part installed, an oil change and a new filter, and a complete complimentary Factory Multi-Point inspection, and we were on our way. 6 hours later we arrived home, the JEEP ran flawlessly. I highly recommend this dealership and its attention to customer service. Also, it is a great location near my kids, should I ever need any maintenace done on my JEEP. Thank you to all the crew at Hiester CJDR, this was a superior and worry-free experience. - Mark S.

I saw a beautiful Audi while driving by and decided to stop in. Had a great experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and when I asked for the 'out the door' numbers, they printed a copy for me on the spot, with a clear breakdown of everything, and it even listed a warranty option. This was completely different from everywhere I have shopped before. Usually in the past its been a big hassle to get the final numbers, and I typically have to wait to speak with a finance person before I can be told what a warranty option looks like. I highly recommend stopping here when shopping for a car. Certainly glad I did.

Reviews are not normally my thing but I am compelled to share my experience. I had been looking for a Porsche that fits my needs and found a 2021 Macan S at this dealership so I contacted them through their web site to express my interest. I was quickly contacted via email and urged to make an appointment, which I did, for the next day at 11 am (I live 50 minutes away). I was even contacted by the SALES MANAGER the morning of my appointment to confirm, which I did, along with informing him that I had a long drive. Upon my arrival I discovered that they had sold the vehicle out from under me that morning before I even had a chance to see it. The SM apologized and tried to offer me an alternative which was unacceptable but I did a test drive anyway. My sales person Jake was great, very helpful and informative but it didn't take away from my feeling that I had been cheated out of my opportunity. I may be wrong but in my world I should have had first refusal having made an appointment in good faith, but I was proven wrong. They offered to let me know if another model were to show up that would interest me but I doubt that it will ever happen. IMHO it's an awful way to treat a potential buyer, but I guess I'm wrong. Seems that cash (which I had) is more important than happy customers.

I took my Santa Fe in because it needed new headlights and was told they had to be done at the dealership. I also needed an inspection after the headlights were replaced, so I told them to go ahead with that. I was sent a list of a myriad of things wrong with my vehicle or that needed to be fixed sooner rather than later. One was an oil change… funny I had it done 4 days prior somewhere else. They said I needed tires and brakes but I felt as if both were fine as the tires were replaced in the last several years. Lo and behold, I didn’t want to pay $3300 to have their suggestions done so they failed my inspection. I picked the car up, took it to another inspection station and my car passed easily. Shocker. I won’t be doing any further business with this dealership and if I buy another Hyundai in the future, I’ll drive to a different dealership that maybe isn’t as shady with their business practices.
