My cousin Joe Jordan purchased a 2025 Chevy Blazer at South Charlotte (NC) Chevrolet and had a great sales experience with Samantha Yepiz. I will let him convey this in his words. "Samantha never came to me with a hard-sell tactic-she simply had a conversation. I told her I only drive Toyotas, and she asked if I had ever driven an EV before? I drove 2 hours to go take a look at what I felt like was my dream mommy mobile. Turns out, in fact the vehicle I looked at was. Shelby Sides was my sales representative and she was amazing to work with. She impressed me right from the start by having the vehicle parked under the shelter waiting for me to arrive because it was forecasted to rain most of the day. That was a personable touch I felt really hit the mark in terms of customer service. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle; if I asked a question she didn’t know the answer to with confidence, she went and got the answer for me. She gave my mom and I free reign over test driving and looking the car over without any pressure, and the few minor things we did find she put her nose to the grindstone and addressed all of our concerns. Every single person we interacted with from Shelby on the sales floor to Nathan the sales manager, and yes even to Ashley the finance manager were all top notch, professional, and friendly. They all really made my mom and I feel like we were part of their family. They gave us a very good price on the new vehicle and made sure we were well taken care of, they even included a full tank of gas for my ride home, which is something most dealers just don’t do anymore. I felt respected the entire time I was there and walked away as a very satisfied customer. I would 100% recommend them to anybody who is in the market for a new or new-to-them car. They were the only dealer in NC who had the exact make, model, trim level, color scheme, and satisfactory mileage I was looking for. It ended up being a truly perfect buying experience! The rear hatch on my SRX wouldn’t open any more. I took it to a Cadillac dealership who advised me that the issue was un-fixable as the necessary part was no longer available. In desperation, I called Randy Marion Cadillac for a second opinion. The receptionist connected me with Danny who knew what my problem was even before I had the chance to tell him I already knew. They fixed the problem with a brand new part and cleaned my car so well, my wife yelled at me for buying new rims. Danny was personable, knowledgable and responsive. Since he was able to save me some money from the original quote (one of the parts turned out to be unnecessary), he offered to also repair another issue (strong salesman’s skills). I couldn’t be happier. Kudos to senior management for running a tight ship, Danny my advisor and to the mechanics. Nice job !

I recently bought a pre owned Toyota 4Runner limited,I dealt with Tim(senior sales rep)experience was good until sales went through.i was promised a full tank for the car,a detailed done on the car of which I had pointed out stains and trash in between seats and I also complained about vibrations in the steering wheel when over 60mph and vibration when brakes are pushed on. 1.i got the full tank after I paid all cash for the car 2.detailing wasn’t done 3.vibrations on the steering wheel and brakes wasn’t taken care of After the sales ,I reached out to them (Tim & his manager) to point out the things I was promised and his manager said I got a good deal and he hasn’t seen a car that was in such a good condition so I got a good deal so basically telling me to go xxxx my self since they already got their cash and sales was done I am not one to write bad reviews but trust me ,I wouldn’t recommend to anyone ,they are not trustworthy.I trust Tim(senior salesperson) and he failed me miserably I had to pay out of pocket to change both front and rear rotors and brake pads and balancing ,had to change engine oil,had to fill coolant because it was almost dry

Enjoyed working with Steve Bass and Brian Webb to also include Stephen Heilmann, however the Sales manager was a tremendously a huge disappointment to say the least. I purchased a new 2025 Serria 2500HD Ultimate Denali a year prior with the previous Sales manager a delight to work with. This time the sales manager Danny was very rude and very unfriendly and seemed to care less about our purchase of the Yukon Denali....... The only reason I did take delivery was due to the expert relationship with Scott , Brian & Stephen.

They will sale a car out from under you knowing your on your way. Avoid them at all costs. They gave me the keys to an Cadillac XT5 we made a deal on and we were getting ready for a test drive and putting my handicap brother in the car then the sales associate said oh we sold this and would not do anything to make it right. They tried to up sale us to a more expensive XT5 and they couldn’t even get the features to work. I worked with Bryan Schmeltzer at the dealership and he wouldn’t even come out to even say sorry we messed this up and we will try and make it right. Do not trust them as the salesman tried to tell us the person buying the car drove further than we did so he gets the car. What a way to run a business. In my entire professional career I have lived by the motto to treat others as you want to be treated but that is not how they worked this deal and let us be on the road for 4 Hours with a handicap person when Bryan had every opportunity to contact us while we were on the road.
