This dealership was very shady with their pricing and the offers they give on vehicle trade-ins they came back apparently, after they said, I was denied by all their banks, but did not have any pricing to show me or what they were giving me for my vehicle. I dealt with Lindsay for the sales part, but the finance manager came to the desk only with a paper to show my credit score and nothing else once they gave me this information. They got up and walked away like I was garbage. I drove an hour and 20 minutes to be there for 30 minutes with being disrespected and not giving any kind of information about why or pricing just a big waste of time

I discovered after I had been going to the Southpoint Chevrolet that Performance Chevrolet relocated and merged with Durham Chevrolet and is now HENDRICK CHEVROLET BUICK GMC CADILLAC SOUTHPOINT. Same great service that I used to get, my advisor retired but there new faces and a BRAND NEW facility. Real nice people over there.
