Capital Chevrolet of Lexington was a very good auto dealership for me and my husband on Feburary 16, 2025. Mikael Dummett was our salesman. He was very helpful and showed us what we ask for. However, after a tedt drive it was not fir us. Then he let me look at the used car list and I found my car. He was great with the apperciation and got us approved without any issues. Jessie in the accounting department dept was good also. We were driving away in about 3 hours. (Have spent most the days at other dealerships). We are very happy with everything.

I took my 2005 SSR in for new tires and an alignment a - jwc

I took my 2005 SSR in for new tires and an alignment a couple of months ago. My wheels are "reverse-mounted" so they required the technician to have special knowledge when mounting tires on them but they had no one readily available who had that knowledge. Unfortunately, after 4 hours, I could see that my wheels had not be touched for hours after they were removed from my car. I had to get a manager involved before I was given a loaner. I appreciated it but I wonder how long they would have made me wait had I not complained. Also, when I owned a new 2015 Corvette, they had 4-5 service personnel to help customers. The last time I visited them, they had only 2. Either they had reduced the number of service personnel or a couple of them were on leave of some kind. Anyway, b/c they did give me a loaner when they didn't have to, I gave them 4 stars for my last visit instead of what would have been a 3. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention "Jo" my service representative - she had a wonderful personality and was quite knowledgeable for such a young lady. She is definitely an asset to their organization.

Used to love this dealership - but they CLOSED. I discovered after I had been going to the Southpoint Chevrolet that Performance Chevrolet relocated and merged with Durham Chevrolet and is now HENDRICK CHEVROLET BUICK GMC CADILLAC SOUTHPOINT. Same great service that I used to get, my advisor retired but there new faces and a BRAND NEW facility. Real nice people over there.

Tyler was phenomenal when helping my daughter and I choose a vehicle. The process was seamless and everyone was extremely nice. Tyler has continued to help us with questions etc after my daughter owning the car for 2 months. He is prompt with getting back to me and is always willing to help. That is what I call EXCEPTIONAL customer service. When I decide to buy myself a new car, I know exactly where I will be going and who I will ask for. We can’t thank Tyler enough for all of his help.
