Jason was a great salesman. He treated me really good. But that is where the good stopped. They sold me a $90 thousand dolllar 2023 Yukon that had the bad 6.2 engine. I traded for a ‘$46000 dollar ‘26 Terrain, after driving it 100 miles, it wobbled so bad it was hard to keep in your lane. They put axles on it and said it was fixed. It was not fixed. Jason Moses or The GM had NO REMORSE at all for selling me two bad GMC’s they did not care that I lost $22,000 with them in 18 months time. They did nothing to help me heal up from my loss. I would NOT recommend them at all.

I bought a car at Premier in Granville, WV. I was in an accident and had the car repaired at a local body shop. unfortunately there was an electronic issue after and called Premier to get it repaired, I was told by Premier to return it to the body shop. A friend Suggest I contact Astro @ Exit 132 Buick GMC, I did and they made an appointment for me within the next couple of days, they realized it could be a safety issue. they evaluated the car, called me at work and advised of the issue and order the part immediately. Within two days, my car was repaired, it is working again and It is safe for me to drive. Took my car in for body work and paint after having my car keyed... nothing was done right. More damage was done when removing and reinstalling the parts, than good. It was a terrible experience, and still trying to get it resolved. I have been there 7 times to no avail, and now the general manager and service manager refuse to continue to work on it any more, because they dont have time to deal with me, as they stated. They also stated, "i have a thousand happy customers, so im not too concerned if you are not satisfied. I was blown away.
