Was not impressed with my first visit. Had to bring my car back for the same problem. The second visit was much better. Car was fixed and have no issues now. They do need to something with their phones though hard to get a hold of anyone.

Scott Benson: The worst sales manager in all of Virginia. Rude, arrogant, offering old vehicles as if they were new. At least I was saved from the trap this person with no work ethic planned. It's a shame Mazda and Cavalier Mazda Chesapeak dealer have such mediocre people working with customers. Looking at past reviews, I can now understand what God saved me from.
