It took a very long time to resolve replacing the rear bumper. Dave was helpful with taking care of the issues I identified with my 2025 Explorer. I was disappointed that a brand new car that had just arrived had the issues that required being replaced. Also, the body shop was extremely helpful and kept me informed until the issue was resolved.

Even when I told him I needed time to think about the purchase, he didn’t pressure me. Instead, he made sure I knew that my experience and satisfaction were a priority. After leaving, I decided to move forward with the vehicle and called them back. Arman and his team didn’t hesitate—they arranged for an Uber to bring me back to the dealership! Joe was very helpful, and obviously wanted me to be well informed about the used SUV I was inquiring about. He shared both the many good features and the few negatives about the vehicle. He answered every question I had to my satisfaction and I was so impressed by his honest approach, I chose to purchase the vehicle. This was not an easy decision, as they were about 1,000 miles away from my location. I bought a one-way plane ticket and booked a rental car to get me to the dealership, and when I arrived everything was exactly as he had described, he even had it detailed for my arrival! All the necessary paperwork and temporary tags were prepared and ready for me to purchase the vehicle and be completely legal driving it literally across the country back home!

I would like to thank Jim Calvert for his recent assistance in the decision process and for my purchase of a 2026 gasoline-only, 2.0L Honda Civic Hatchback Sport. I decided to part with my 2010 Japanese Fit after 15 years of reliable driving. My decision on a vehicle purchase was initially mixed, given the number of options I had. My only real interest was to focus on a gasoline-only model, given that I was, and continue to be stubborn on a hybrid model purchase. Long story short, I limited my test drives to the Civic 2.0L, Accord 1.5L Turbo, Passport 3.5L and Pilot 3.5L. All these vehicles drove and handled well, but in the end, I decided to go with Civic Hatchback. The Civic’s performance and storage capacity is quite adequate, and its pricing is very reasonable and competitive. Jim’s assistance was second to none, and that included answering an infinite number of questions, along with verifying my research, and clearing up my assumptions. I have driven Hondas since 1974, and I have never owned a Honda for less than 15 years. “Old School” never changes for some people. Thanks Jim. You are an asset for Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg.

Purchased 2016 Porsche Cayenne 6/13 from Moe. I've had my vehicle for a little over a month now. Purchasing vehicle was easy. Initially the Porsche I wanted had issues, Moe was transparent and upfront about it. I only wanted to purchase a Porsche (no other make). Mo was able to find me another Porsche> get me approved me for a newer model Porsche, Cayenne. Car rides great! I also purchased warranty for 2 years or up to 24,000 miles. Awesome! I received my hard tags before 30 day tags expired. Super siked! Mo communicated every step of the way, with updates and follow ups. I appreciate his tranparency! My only take away is car needed oil change (oil change indicator is on), dealership charges $600.00. Also none of my tires have sensors as well as I did not receive key for my rims. It would be nice to know if Carstop could help being I paid over 20K for this vehicle and put $5K down. This is only reason I did not give 5 star
