I would like to thank Jim Calvert for his recent assistance in the decision process and for my purchase of a 2026 gasoline-only, 2.0L Honda Civic Hatchback Sport. I decided to part with my 2010 Japa assistance in the decision process and for my purchase of a 2026 gasoline-only, 2.0L Honda Civic Hatchback Sport. I decided to part with my 2010 Japanese Fit after 15 years of reliable driving. My decision on a vehicle purchase was initially mixed, given the number of options I had. My only real interest was to focus on a gasoline-only model, given that I was, and continue to be stubborn on a hybrid model purchase. Long story short, I limited my test drives to the Civic 2.0L, Accord 1.5L Turbo, Passport 3.5L and Pilot 3.5L. All these vehicles drove and handled well, but in the end, I decided to go with Civic Hatchback. The Civic’s performance and storage capacity is quite adequate, and its pricing is very reasonable and competitive. Jim’s assistance was second to none, and that included answering an infinite number of questions, along with verifying my research, and clearing up my assumptions. I have driven Hondas since 1974, and I have never owned a Honda for less than 15 years. “Old School” never changes for some people. Thanks Jim. You are an asset for Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg. Parts Department - zero Greeting at door - zero Parts department sold me the wrong Parts for my vehicle. In returning those parts to attempt to get the correct parts I arrived at the door with my hands full of heavy Parts while service team members stood around but nobody held the door or offered to assist. After second, which should have been unnecessary, trip back to the dealership to get the needed parts, on the way out the same group of young men stood around with their hands in their pockets as I exited with only half of the needed parts. Next time I need Parts the Honda dealership will be the last place I call. More

I had a terrible experience buying a new Odyssey. It began with shady financing tactics when I was pre-approved by my credit union. Then, the Odyssey didn’t pass the pre-sale inspection so everything was delayed while they fixed a safety issue. After all the paperwork was done I found that they tried to hide damage to multiple areas caused by the shop technician when fixing the safety issue. Ray Morton was unprofessional and confrontational and had me wait past 9:00 pm on a Sunday while he helped another customer. It was a nightmare even after that with the replacement Odyssey and their office forgetting to register it in the time frame. They changed the Honda Service Pass terms without telling me. I wouldn’t recommend risking having a similar experience. There are lots of Honda dealers in the area. More

Mr. Morales and Mr. Estevez are outstanding at their jobs and both deals were painless and straightforward. I reached out to Mr. Morales on both occasions with one simple question: “What is the “Out the Door Drive Away Price” for the vehicle I was interested. Within 20 minutes he had my answer and, unlike other dealerships in the area, he respected us when we arrived to buy the car. There were no games, or up cost, or add-ons or run arounds. Mr. Estevez handled our financing, and he again made us feel like we were family. He answered all our questions and patiently responded with the different payment amount we wanted to explore. My local dealers weren't so accommodating. I got a good deal that I was very happy with. Before traveling to pick up my vehicle, I negotiated all the details over the phone and through emails and texts with my sales consultant Davina Vega. It was an extremely easy process. Davina was quick to respond with updated information or answers to my questions. The Finance Manager, Chris Foddrell, couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. Paperwork just takes time, but Chris did it as quickly as possible and didn't drag it out and wasn't pushy on an extended warranty or other add-ons. It took about an hour and a half with the finance department for the sales to complete. The rep that handled the finance provided poor customer service, never apologizing for the delay and making ill department for the sales to complete. However, my experience with the sales rep and manager was positive. *Edited* They reached out to me via phone and text. I texted back about a week later and got no response. I also never received any instructions regarding the finance payments, so I called the finance manager and left a message, and I sent an email to my sales person. I have not heard back. They are essentially no different than any other dealer, except they don’t even call you back. More
