Can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at Jim Coleman. They were polite and easy to deal with. Luis Cortes showed me quite a few Rav 4’s but they didn’t have a silver one so he drove 60 miles to another dealership to get me the car I wanted. Even weeks after when I had some questions, they were very helpful. I drove from Harford County to Bethesda to buy my car and it was worth it.

A "tire" appeared on my dashboard (something I had never seen before), so I took my car in to have it looked at. It turned out to be low pressure, possibly caused by sudden change to very cold weather. While there, I was advised that I was behind on regular checkups. I had had delicate eye surgery months before and was not allowed to drive for several months.. A wonderful lady named Tatiana Arroliga processed me in and arranged to bring my service up to date. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything, all with a friendly smile. In just an hour I was ready to go and she gave me my paperwork, again with that nice, friendly smile. She definitely is an asset to Bill Page Toyota!

He cares for customers, knows the business cold, goes the extra 3 miles, treats customers with respect and is a great representative for Ourisman. I've bought 3 Toyotas from the dealership, and more importantly (since profit margins are higher), GLADLY service them at the dealership. But not only that--I now bring a competitor's car for service, because David went out of his way to help. Great job!

I recently financed a car through Ourisman Toyota Chantilly in first week of October, 2 days later they asked me to drop it off for some conditioning and fixing the Radio Antenna and kept it for 2 weeks. When I got it back guess what the Radio wasn't working still, and on top of that it started making some engine noise as If I'm driving a truck I took it back to them to check it and they said there's nothing wrong with the engine but we can fix the Antenna Harness for you it's been 3 weeks exactly and they still have my car and the worst part is they don't even communicate to let the consumer know how much more time should we expect and when I call them they put me on a long hold or the manager named as Ten is always busy and when he finally come to the line he's like we're fixing it we're working on it we're just waiting for the harness blah blah which doesn’t help at all ... At this point I'm really very frustrated and so done with them. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED ‼️
