My 2019 Lincoln Navigator L experienced trans failure as I pulled into my driveway. I had my car towed to Ted B. Lincoln Chantilly for review/service. I informed them that I would like my car repaired under the TB Engine/Powertrain for life warranty. My Service advisor/Brandyn proceeded to write up my service history and process my claim. Brandyn had provided me with a loaner and kept me informed along the way where we were in the approval process. The approval took a little time but once approved my transmission along with all the associated items that goes along with this task was replaced and covered 100%, My car is back on the road, drives like new. I cannot say enough about how satisfied we are with Teb Britt and their Service Department. Ted Britt has built a Flagship Dealership in Chantilly and I'm proud to be a new family member for life. My suggestion to people in the market for a Lincoln, make Ted Britt your first and last stop in your search.

I just purchased my third car from the team at Jerrys Ford of Leesburg, VA. This team is tremendous. They exceeded all expectations and requests that I made of them. Simply put, I sent a picture of the exact car that I wanted. I knew that sourcing this specific model and trim was going to be difficult. The car arrived 1 week later (it was elsewhere in the country) in the exact spec, with the exact financial terms that I stated, and the process of in & out of the dealership was less than 30 minutes. OK maybe 60 minutes but thats because I wanted to chat about cars and trucks. I came out of state from NC to VA ( a 4hr 30min drive ) and the salesperson Gary Stiles, was super helpful with the whole process and made buying my first car simple. The finance guy was also super helpful broke down everything and made me understand what I was paying for. What I appreciated from the people were that they did not try to sell me on diffrent products, just the car.

Where do I begin, arrived at my appt. 8am, around 11am was told parts needs to be ordered, the next morning I received a text stating my parts were there, so I arrived before 8:30, throughout the day I received the run a round, never once offered shuttle service, to make a long miserable story short, I didn't leave until after 6pm, while there, they turned the lights out WoW! On my way home the windshield wipers did not work, it stuck in an upward position, I called right away no answer, so I left an message, the car drove worse than before and when I turned the key to the off position it was still running, it was all screwed up. At the beginning of all this, I wanted to know any and everything that might have been wrong with the tires, axel, bearings ECT. At the end it was other things that might have needed to be repaired, but they never let me know, any and All the problems or repairs that is needed WHILE I WAS THERE!!

About 3 or 4 years ago I had a couple of miserable experiences with Ourisman Ford-Lincoln service in Alexandria. I went back with some reluctance yesterday, and was very impressed with the complete turn-around. The work was done properly and quickly, and I was kept informed throughout by Marcus. Very impressed - good job. I am happy to have this as an option for work on my Nautilus.

AVOID this shop. These guys don't know what they're doing and they are terrible at communicating. Specifically John Kernan IV. They had my truck in their shop on two occasions and couldn't figure out why the engine was leaking oil even after having it for almost 5 weeks altogether. They kept telling me to bring it back after 1000 miles for more diagnostics. They were clearly just lazy because I took it to another mechanic and they immediately found gasoline inside the spark plugs and recommended spark plug and fuel induction service, among other engine maintenance that seems to have been overlooked by Ford service techs. Save yourself the trouble and take your car elsewhere.
