I drove to the parkville location after another location wasn’t a help to me. Johann was flexible with me as I came later than the original time we spoke about but was still eager to assist me. He listened to what I asked for and worked with my price point. I wanted to see this location in person after speaking with sales manger Keane over the phone, as he assured me I’d get a great deal with their team and he wasn’t wrong. Both of them, and my finance gentleman Michael were great to work with. They were thorough but I wasn’t there all day, they even offered to return my enterprise rental for me which was a great convenience to me. The stress of having my last car be a total loss in a collision has been a lot, but I’m happy to say I’m back in another Honda thanks to these guys and at a great rate at that. I will only consider this location for any future needs. Thanks again Johann, it was a pleasure to buy from you and chat in between.

So many dealerships to service Honda's but Sports Honda is top tier. They have some of the best service providers in the DMV. On the recent visit had a emergency that needed to be fixed. Another company NTB lost my tire lock key which was a a lock several companies never seen before. Took it to Sports Honda and they sent it to an expert who took two days to get the locks off. When I say Im a customer for life. Not just because if this it's pass service with them. This is my third car purchased from them always excellent service.

Cross posted on Google. The experience was too good not to share again. This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car. If you do your research on models and pricing, they will be competitive on pricing. I spoke with 3 other Baltimore dealers (including one where I have spent $75k at in the last 10 years) about purchasing a 2026 Accord SE over a weeks time frame. I made it clear that I wanted the best out the door price in the first communication. Anderson was the only dealer to do this. In fact, they actually asked me what price I wanted to pay out the door and met it immediately (I did my research as stated earlier). The only caveat was if they couldn't get the Military rebate from Honda, the price would be $500 higher. I already knew I didn't qualify for the rebate as I didn't meet the prerequisites but wanted to check as the other three dealers all said they got me the rebate (the other lied and took that $500 from somewhere else). Obviously, I didn't qualify so it was $500 more which I was comfortable with. The final price was exactly where I told the other dealers I needed to be at but none of them could get that low (according to them). Almost all of the communication was done via text with my salesman Jim Middleton. He didn't bombard me with texts or calls, he was respectful of my time and wishes. We agreed on price and I scheduled an appointment to sign the paperwork ( I live 2.5 hours from the dealer). When I arrived, the paperwork was ready, as was the car. We completed the paperwork and then Jim took me out to sit in the car and go over all the features. He took his time and made sure I was clear on all functions of the vehicle. We went back inside and I went to Nate's (Finance Manager) office to discuss additional packages for the car. This was not your normal discussion as there were no high pressure sales tactics or attempts to coerce me into purchasing anything. Nate explained each of the options, gave me the price, and answered all of my questions. I did purchase a package from them at a good rate. This was definitely not your typical Finance Manager interaction. I did contact all of the previous dealers to let the know I purchased a car somewhere else. I didn't say where or what price I paid, but did let them know they were about $1k over the price I paid, and that my price was met almost instantaneously. 2 of the dealers then asked me to show them the quote and they would meet it or beat it. So, they couldn't give me the price I was at upfront, but when I was purchasing somewhere else, they suddenly could find the money to do it? What a joke. They tried to play me and then realized that they were losing a sale opportunity, so now my price was important to them. GTFO. Let me say this, if you aren't buying from Anderson Honda, then you are making a huge mistake. They are the most customer oriented dealership I have had the pleasure of dealing with. From top to bottom, this dealership is professional and made it worth the 2.5 hour drive to deal with them.

Five years ago we bought a car from you folks. In October I walked in and asked if my salesperson of five years ago was still employed. The sales manager said he was off that day however another sales person would help me. We looked at the inventory, came back in and the sales manager in my opinion started to badger me about price etc. Left the sales person standing there. Finally had enough and left. Came back a week later and our original sales person was there. Told him flat out we, as my wife was there, didn't want to deal with the sales manager. MARCUS took care of us and we bought a new car. We came back a couple of days later as MARCUS said he would explain the various settings. Talk about customer service! Because of MARCUS a five star review! Financing through Honda at the dealership is another story.

Do not use the Apple Honda Service Center. - Extremely Upset Customer

Do not use the Apple Honda Service Center. With the recent change in ownership to Apple Honda, the Service Department can no longer be trusted not to cheat you. I have been using the O'Donnell Honda Service Center since 1997. I noticed an oil leak from the front of my car and took it in to be looked at in December 2025. I had heard that the ownership had changed from O'Donnell to Apple the previous month. My expectations were still high that I would receive the same level and quality of service that I had been receiving over the past 28 years. I even asked my Service Advisor, Jayden Clarida if there were any issues since the change in ownership, and he assured me that everything was the same as it was when it was under O'Donnell. Needless to say, it was not. Jayden provided me with an estimate which included a lot more things than I expected and a price that I was not expecting. He pulled me aside and said he was going to give me a $200 discount. I said ok. He wanted me to leave my car there as they did not have one of the parts that they would have to order. I said no but scheduled to come back in on Saturday. I didn't quite trust the guy, so I asked him to give me a copy of the estimate that he had written up which included his $200 discount. He gave me a copy. I came back on Saturday, turned over my car and waited. When the car was ready, he came up to me and said do you remember the discount I said that I would give you. I am like why are you asking me and yes, I have a copy of the estimate that you provided in my bag in case you don't. He then tells me, I can't give you that high of a discount are you ok with that. I am like why didn't you tell me that before the service was performed. By then I already knew that I would never be coming back to Apple Honda for anything. I paid and left. When I got home, I went back over the receipt to see the discounted amount. I saw nothing. I called the dealership on Monday and asked Jayden where I could find the discount on the recipe. He first told me that "I didn't so much as apply a discount, I hid some numbers. I saved you money. I lowered the labor rates." I then asked whether the numbers listed on the detailed receipt were accurate because based on what he was telling me they were made up which didn't sound legal to me. He then proceeds to tell me that he did apply a discount and it should show up as "-$125" on the receipt. It did not. Then finally (8 minutes into the call) he tells me, "I made a mistake, by not putting a discount on your bill." I asked him what he was going to do about it. He said he couldn't do anything because the bill was closed. I asked to speak to his manager. He drops me in his manager's voicemail. I then left a very long message with his manager. I waited to hear back from the manager. After calling one of the Apple owners (Ned Doetsch) and leaving a message and speaking with the Honda Finance Department to understand whether they were just making up numbers to put on the bill, I was able to speak to the Service Department Manager. He applied a discount, not the originally agreed upon amount. But, I don't believe that he, Jayden, and the Doetsch family understand the implications and impact that Jayden's actions can and will have on their business. If I can't trust the Service Advisers, how can I trust anything related to the services provided. And, if the Service Department is like this, I have to assume that the Car Dealership is the same. Dishonesty will get you nowhere. You just lost a loyal customer who has been with you for 28 years. I rather take my chance with any other service center. Apple Honda Service Center cannot be trusted. And, if you use AI, you will see that it is saying that the Service Center performance has fallen since the new ownership has taken over.

Disappointing and Untrustworthy Service at Herson’s Honda – Avoid This Dealership! I am extremely frustrated with my experience at Herson’s Honda in Rockville, MD. On December 28, 2024, I brought my car in to have a clicking sound checked out coming from the dashboard. Instead of addressing the actual issue, they recommended replacing all four tires, claiming the tread was low. However, only one tire had 3/32 of tread left. Why didn’t they just replace the two tires that were actually worn out? This seemed like a blatant attempt to upsell unnecessary services and get me to spend more money than necessary. But that’s not all. They also suggested replacing several other parts, including the timing belt, tensioner, water pump, drive belt, air intake tube, and rear HVAC motor—a total cost of $6,481.52. Looking back, I can’t help but question whether these repairs were truly needed, or if they were simply trying to inflate the bill. The real frustration came two months later. After driving only 2,064 miles, the hood wouldn’t open to allow me to add washer fluid. Given that I had just spent hours/days with them in December addressing various wear-and-tear items, it's hard to believe they didn't notice the supposedly deteriorating hood latch at that time. Instead, they had to break my grill to fix the latch and then charged me an additional $1,499.90 for their mistake. This was completely ridiculous. To make matters worse, when we questioned them, we were willing to pay for the parts but refused to pay for labor. We strongly believe that the hood latch issue should have been identified during the service in December. Furthermore, since they were the last ones to open and close the hood, it raises the question—did they accidentally break the latch during their work? Despite this, they refused to deduct the $361 labor cost. We believe they should have covered the entire cost, as it was their failure to catch the problem in the first place. At this point, I have zero trust in the mechanics, Service Advisor, or Service Manager at Herson’s Honda. It feels like they are more interested in taking your money than in providing honest, quality service. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this dealership. The lack of professionalism, honesty, and customer care was appalling. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere for your car repairs.

I recently visited Apple Honda to look at a few used cards advertised on their website. The salesman I met with, JD, was outstanding and very detailed in everything we discussed. He then involved Greg as the used car sales manager to discuss our trade in. Greg was also phenomenal and went out of his way to try and help our family out with a trade and sale of a car. We ended up purchasing the vehicle elsewhere but there is NO DOUBT I will go back to Apple Honda due to my experiences with JD and Greg. I highly recommend this team.

I Leased a 2022 Honda Accord last year from Apple Honda of Hanover because I gave my leased Subaru Outback to my daughter for school. My Honda was Great on gas. But I always wanted a truck again. Called up Sang to see if any Ridgeline were available in white. No success but he gave me some great option on other colors. I went (Black) and I'm glad I did! Beautiful color, Wonderful Price, & Wonderful Customer Service from everyone and yes, I leased the Ridgeline also. And guess where I will be going once this lease is up.
