Took our 2016 Mazda3 there today and the experience was wonderful, not pushy, washed car and done in a timely manor. We had been taking our vehicles to the dealer in Hamilton NJ, and every time the paperwork either had someone else's name on it or it was someone else's VIN. We switched today and have come to understand that not every dealer is inefficient or operating in chaos. Thank you for the great service we will be back!!!

I enjoyed my dealings with Pacifico Hyundai. The sales people were knowledgeable and pleasant to be with. I never felt pressure to buy. It was a nice experience. Zack was the salesperson that helped me out. Also the dealership offers lifetime free car washes which is incredible.

I've been driving Mazdas ever since I got my license, and now I'm on my third car. Every time, I've purchased from Faulkner Mazda for their excellent customer service, and my most recent buying experience there has been the most satisfying yet. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed into something I didn't ask for, and whenever I had a question, they were up front with me — no fluff or xx. At the end of the night, I drove off in my beautiful new '26 Mazda 3, and I couldn't be happier. Mazda 3 purchase came with lifetime oil changes. They make it hard to get appointments then try to upsell a new battery then was already purchased prior to this derby center. When question the service technician got annoyed. Was told all work was performed within two day low air pressure light came on (Just needed air.)Then the washer fluid all of a sudden has a leak that I think was caused by maple shade Mazda in retaliation for calling then out for upselling services I will never purchase or go back for service free or not from this car dealership.

I love working with the team here! I leased my CX-5 from Melcom in 2021 and will be visiting him again when my lease is up in a few months! I visited recently to look at a new CX-5 and was assisted by both Kevin and Melcom, and they are both wonderful. Kevin took the time to explain every detail about the vehicle, answered all my questions, and made my visit enjoyable. Melcom is knowledgeable, straightforward, honest, and his follow up is impressive. I would not go anywhere but Piazza Mazda of West Chester, and highly recommend them to anyone even considering a Mazda!

Always courteous, always go the extra mile. I like the videos they send while working on your car, so you know exactly what they are doing and why. This is a good and honest dealership. I do highly recommend it.
