Took our 2016 Mazda3 there today and the experience was - honestmike711

Took our 2016 Mazda3 there today and the experience was wonderful, not pushy, washed car and done in a timely manor. We had been taking our vehicles to the dealer in Hamilton NJ, and every time the paperwork either had someone else's name on it or it was someone else's VIN. We switched today and have come to understand that not every dealer is inefficient or operating in chaos. Thank you for the great service we will be back!!!

The entire process was transparent and pressure-free. My experience was amazing from start to finish. Hector was incredibly patient and made the paperwork seamless. Love my new car!"

I've been driving Mazdas ever since I got my license, and - ZoomZoom17

I've been driving Mazdas ever since I got my license, and now I'm on my third car. Every time, I've purchased from Faulkner Mazda for their excellent customer service, and my most recent buying experience there has been the most satisfying yet. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed into something I didn't ask for, and whenever I had a question, they were up front with me — no fluff or xx. At the end of the night, I drove off in my beautiful new '26 Mazda 3, and I couldn't be happier. Special thanks to Mike Rocchi, Bryan Shelepets, and Mike Errichetti for working with me to get just what I wanted!

The employees are very proffecianal. - No19

The employees are very proffecianal. We weren't in the dealership any longer that we had to and they gave us all the information that we needed to make our decision. With no pressure. We went there to just test drive the car. We couldn't pass up the great deal for such a high quality car. Thank You.

The work was fine but the dealers/services business - Mmits

The work was fine but the dealers/services business practices are purposely deceptive and they will scam you out of money. We bought a brand new car in 2025 from them. We were given the impression if we didn’t bring it in for regular service our warranty would be voided but that we would be covered for oil changes/ servicing the car. Fast forward to today at our 15k mile visit and I walk away with a $300 bill. Not that the mechanics didn’t do a great job but we weren’t told that while the oil change is free we would have to pay for the inspection. So essentially to keep our warranty we have to pay $300 every 5k miles. So we’re paying them for our warranty? Pretty messed up. Mind you this car doesn’t need an inspection and was just inspected in February for our annual inspection in Philly by our mechanic— who we love and would rather give business to. And the kicker is that this regular service doesn’t actually impact the warranty. When I asked the guy at customer service about it he let me know that our dealer warranty would be null but not the manufacturers if we don’t keep paying the $300 every 5k miles to tell us our car is fine. This also wasn’t made clear to us. Basically we could have paid for an oil change and saved us the trouble of going to the dealer. Completely deceptive and completely immoral.

I recently had some very serious problems with my engine. - Colette Nilo

I recently had some very serious problems with my engine. I was referred to them and was treated like gold! I have never had a dealership actually encourage me to use a warranty and I'm so glad I did. They went above and beyond giving me a loaner vehicle and offering me a cool drink on a very hot day. They keep in touch with me throughout the whole process and sent me these videos of my engine being rebuilt with updates. Their master mechanic Keith even identified a few extra issues and prevented me from having other serious problems down the road. This dealership is very special and now has a new long term client 🙌 My beautiful Mazda is running like new again!

Always courteous, always go the extra mile. - marymennona

Always courteous, always go the extra mile. I like the videos they send while working on your car, so you know exactly what they are doing and why. This is a good and honest dealership. I do highly recommend it.
