Few weeks ago I gave Hessert Chevrolet of Cherry Hill good review, because people there were very nice and helpful. But looks like it was just temporary. I am a PA resident, so when I asked Tina ( sales manager) which location is better to visit for me? She told me, I could go to a Cherry Hill, NJ , because it is the same company. Then I asked the salee person Rowland whether I can get my state inspection there? He told me they could give me the discount and I could get it easyer in Philadelphia, instead I could go to Philly location and get it free, like I did it before. Rowland called me 3 times and start giving me some excuses, like he can't make it work from New Jersey, and Tina didn't even answer my message, but in the beginning she was texting and calling me almost every day to get me in the showroom. I would never go Hessert Chevrolet of Cherry Hill again, because they can't keep their promises to thrle customers and only want to get you into the show room, so you buy the car, and then refuse to assist you. It's not about money, it's about service and promises. 0 Stars....

Few hours before the appointment they sent an email to check if I am interested in buying specific car I book appointment for or willing consider other options. Upon arrival I was told the car I traveled for was sold the other night. Very unprofessional staff.

The service at this dealership is bad. I came in for inspection and oil change, which went fine. But, I also wanted check engine light codes checked into. A 3 year old car with 17,000 miles on it should not have acceleration issues resulting in a check engine light warning. This was totally brushed off. Also, this model has a known issue with a shift to park warning. This was also ignored. These are known issues with this model, and this dealership clearly couldn't be bothered.
