I went here yesterday to test drive a Blazer and a Traverse. The salesperson that came up didn't even tell me his name. He just came over and said if you have any questions let me know and started w Traverse. The salesperson that came up didn't even tell me his name. The guy looked like I was inconveniencing him by wanting help. I told him I wanted to see a Blazer. He told me the blazer was discontinued and most people who want the blazer are going to the equinox. That seems pretty crazy to me since they are COMPLETELY different cars. Also, the blazer isn't discontinued. They just don't have any on the lot. So then I said "OK, can you show me the traverse with your highest end trim ?" Then he told me he didn't have the highest end trim. Fine, can you show me the highest end you have on the lot? He starts pointing out to the parking lot like I'm supposed to go find it myself. I asked him to please SHOW it to me. He started walking me all the way across the parking lot and on the walk he points out that "the traverse runs $40k to $60k and the one you're about to look at is selling for $54k.". I guess he was implying that I couldn't afford it even though I knew what they cost before I went there. Finally we get to the car and it's locked. He walked back to the building about as slow as I've ever seen anyone walk and started walking back to the car just as slow. He clicked the key fob to unlock it and my friend and I got in to check it out. He stood there in front of the car not saying anything. I looked at him and said....soooo.... can I start it? Maybe get the air going. He looked at me and went "oh, you want to start it?" He gave me the key, I started it to check it out. The guy stood outside, never asked me if I wanted to test drive it and never tried to tell me anything about it. Needless to say I was done. I got out, gave him the key and walked away. I think he could tell I was done at that point because then he asked if I wanted to see anything else so I told him I "didn't feel like I saw anything here. I'm going to go to another car lot with helpful sales people that know things about the cars you want to look at, let you test drive, and tell you their names." Horrible experience. I wish I could give zero stars. More
I brought my truck in for oil change, brakes, and inspection. ($2500) and for the second time in two years when i picked up my truck my registration and insurance were missing and i did not have a ne inspection. Also. this time after a few weeks i opened the hood to my truck and the oil fill cap is missing. The people were extremely rude, and the service was horrible. More
This is worth the BBB to know that this company is a SCAM. They charged me 300$ for a diagnostic that they didn't do. When I went to pick up my car, I asked for the report and was given a paper that st SCAM. They charged me 300$ for a diagnostic that they didn't do. When I went to pick up my car, I asked for the report and was given a paper that stated it was the diagnostic report, trusting them, I took that to find that it was the work they were supposedly charge me 2600$ for. I had to hear this from another place that I went to for a second opinion as well as a cheaper price. The next day, I went back for the diagnostic report and the lady gave me a "scan" not report and told me it was the diagnostic report. Not to mention they were going to charge me 2600$ for something they never checked (which I will guess that's b/c the diagnostics WERE NEVER DONE!!!). Their service time is off. I had to rent a car for 3-4 days because they held my car because of their so-called full lot of cars that needed to be serviced. It doesn't make sense to lie like that. And shame on you smiling workers who work for a company that have you acting in their favor probably knowing that they are wrong. What do you all do- split the money between each other and make your customers your pawns. I will be contacting the BBB and this is not the end of my review. I still have an amazing social media platform. I really wish that I had read the reviews way before I even trusted your service. 9/2/2025 - reviews need to come with dates so people can know this is not old and that your company is the worst!!! Also, I left a message for the general manager to call me so we can discuss this "lie" I was told and to get reimbursed for a service they didn't do and I was brushed off b/c still as of 358pm on a Tuesday, after the holiday, NO CALL. Tells me that your customers are your pawns and that you don't care that they got jacked by your company. I will be contacting the BBB right after this review. Thank you for the manager of Chevrolet that don't really service GMCs, Greg Ensign and your crew of loyal unethical workers that put themselves in a position to be a part of this SCAM they have going. So disappointed. I gave the service department an average, because with the smiles and the jokes, I thought I was dealing with genuine people but see that I was manipulated into doing business with people that just find pleasure in jacking people off with service. Sad. really sad. More
DO NOT USE THIS DEALER FOR SERVICE. I’m only giving a 1 star because 0 is not an option. This is absolute worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of encountering. They will not call you back, they will not update you, they will not give you a loaner car after having your car sit there for over a week without it being touched. They are bothered when you call and ask for an update after them not calling you. I will NEVER go back to this dealership or recommend to my worst enemy. More
I recently purchased a brand new 2024 vehicle from Reedman, and unfortunately, it has turned out to be a complete lemon. The vehicle had to be towed back to Reedman, where I was informed that there's a shortage of hybrid mechanics, causing a significant delay in repairs. After weeks of waiting, they claimed to have fixed the issue and returned the car to me. However, on the same day, more issues surfaced, and the car had to be taken back to the dealership yet again. It's been sitting there for an extended period now, with no end in sight. I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. If you do, be prepared for lengthy service times and the possibility of not having your car returned to you for weeks on end. More
