I requested the cancellation of an extended warranty because I traded the vehicle in on 6/26/2025. Mr Lawson said he would take care of it. Two months later after several attempt to contact the dealer for follow up and status information I contacted the corporate ford organization to solicit help. They did this and Mr Lawson reached out and asked me to sign a cancellation notice (two months after he said he would do it) which I returned to him immediately. He said I could expect a refund within 2 weeks. Three weeks later I tried to contact him through email. No response. I then contacted Mr OBrien (general manager) via email ( second time I tried to get his help and he never responded) to get his assistance. Nothing. I then called the dealer and Mr Lawson answered the phone. I asked him for a status and he took my number (they have it in their system) and said he would get right back to me. He never responded. That was 2 weeks ago. I tried to get corporate ford involved but they said they have done all they could These are the most dishonest people and I would like all who might consider using ciocca to consider another dealer option. I’m sure I’m not the only consumer they have failed to provide proper service to. Buyer beeare

Felt as is if they didn't do due dilagence on their part inspecting their used vehicle and just selling it off. Even left persnal paperwork of the previous driver in the vehicle when I was doing my own cleaning of it.

So I had a great experience with Brian ,bought my truck on Friday..then here comes the problem. I gave Patrick a check ,and he promised to wait till I transferred money into my checking account and wrote out the check,,trusted him that he would wait then I woke up today to the check being cashed..Well that ruined my day..So instead of putting up my Christmas decorations,,I was running around Tommy bank, then my card was turned down at the Acme.. Gave them whatever cash I had.to pay for groceries. My blood pressure was out of control today. All I wanted was a nice experience ND to be excited about my new Bronco ,but instead it turned into a nightmare for me..I will say they are trying to fix it ,but it should have never happened in the first place..im sooo miserable today.took all the fun out of having and buying a new car.
