Satisfied with purchase. Sales staff seemed reasonably knowledgeable, but I had to talk with the service desk to get some questions answer. I didn't haggle as the vehicle I wanted was hard to find. Fitz had the closest one within 75 miles of my house and out of probably 10 dealers I checked. Price was still comparable to what I had seen in other places. They didn't offer floor mats and the vehicle should have included them. I didn't see they were missing because I shopped in the dark. Extended warranty pressure was reasonable. Fitz allowed me to pay a down payment and come back in a week with a check for the rest. I would go back if looking for another vehicle.

I custom ordered a 2025 Grand Wagoneer L Series 3 Obsidian from Scott. This was hands down the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had. The process was easy, Scott and Manager John T kept me informed throughout the build and went above and beyond to help me secure financing and overall ensure my happiness once it was delivered. I concluded financing with Jamin who also was a saint. This team is impeccable and I absolutely will return when my husband upgrades his car and my daughter will be driving soon. I’m so incredibly happy with my stress free experience and have nothing but great things to say! I even received a follow up call from regional manager Ron which truly impressed me. Wantz Taneytown is wonderful. They are excellent at explaining any issues and are very accommodating. Last year I had a dead battery on a Saturday morning. I called them and they drove to my home in Littlestown to pick up my car and drove it back to my home once the work was completed, I never had to leave my house. If I could give this dealership no stars, then I would. Not only was I pressured to buy from the start. But After speaking with sales person Diego and being told the truck is 100% and just inspected. I made a 4 hour trip to look at the truck. Truck was cosmetically nice but after test driving and coming back to dealership to look it over I found coolant leaking (which wasn’t the end of the world), each headlight and tail light had an extra bulbs drilled into the housings that didn’t work, and truck had quite a bit of blow by. This was a 2015 f350 diesel with 48k miles that was not priced cheap by any means. After stating those issues and being brought the manager who tried to tell me there are absolutely no issues with the truck and “we can put it on a rack right now and show you”. I clearly didn’t need the truck put on a lift to find the issues. So all in all I wasted my day and my dads as I planned on bringing the truck home. Dealership didn’t even apologize or anything for wasting all our time. I can only imagine what this dealership would sell to somebody that doesn’t really know what they are looking for or what to check.

I love my car. It is Kakai green. The color I wanted! I was a little upset however when my car was delivered to me on Friday. When I purchased it, it only had 8 miles on it. We did not take it home on Saturday the day we purchased it, because we wanted it undercoated and mud flaps put on. We arranged to pick it up around 2:30 on Wednesday. When we got there we were told it wasn’t ready. They got the wrong mud flaps. So it was delivered on Friday. We were schocked to see our new car now has 95 miles on it. We only live 20/miles away. Don’t know why. Wish we could have brought it home ourselves

After being a loyal customer for over 25 years, I'm very disappointed in how they treated me. My family has bought between 12-15 vehicles from them being mostly new. I was going to order a 2023 GMC Yukon SLT off them. After sitting down with them they told me they would not offer my Dads GM employee pricing that they did not have to offer. Since they are in high demand. After calling 4 other dealerships near them. They said they would offer with no mark up. Shame on Jennings for lining their pockets over loyalty. Brought all my vehicles to get serviced. No more! They lost a life long customer.

If it were possible, I would give Damascus Chevrolet negative stars. I found the salesmen to be pushy and obnoxious. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Damascus Chevrolet for a car. I had trouble getting anyone to help me, either on the phone or when I sent an email. The sales people are unprofessional, and just rude. I was given false information about a car over the phone, I suspect just to get me to come in. Steer clear of this dealership unless you feel you need to be punished for something. They embody every negative stigmatism of the characteristics of a used car salesman. BY FAR, the WORST dealership I've ever had the misfortune to visit. I won't ever go back; unless of course I want to taunt them mercilessly. They don't deserve your business. Stay away!
