Mike made us feel like family and was extremely helpful through the test drive and the end of handing over the keys to my new car. Mike made sure I was informed when my car arrived at the dealership and helped me through all the filing of the paperwork and my GM work discount. Mike made sure he reviewed the features on my new car and also helped me set up my on star app as well also the My Chevorlet app on my phone. The dealership was also very clean and welcoming. I only think and speak highly of 2 dealerships I buy a car approx every 2 years Thompson Toyota and Lexus in Doylestown and Hertitage Dodge Harrisburg Previously lived in Lehigh Valley We now live in Phila both with no shortage of dealerships to be avoided. Heritage is a dealership anyone in need of a vehicle should buy from in Harrisburg or Phila.. Doylestown is still suggest Thompson though if you’re after a Chrysler product be sure to speak with Heritage. My reviews are completely unsponsored in any way. I’m writing the truth about both dealerships with Heritage being my most recent experience.. A good dealership, a good used car dealership or new should be in deserves to be discussed and promoted and talked about. There are too many that do not deserve to even be in business. I hope heritage is there when I need/want my next vehicle. We recently bought a new car in May 2026. This was the 5th vehicle we have purchased from Jack Giambalvo since 2012. It was a lease though. I want to thank Adam for treating me as a person and listening to my needs. He never tried to push me into buying but gave me all my options. I bought this car the next day! We had an Elantra, Sonata, Tuscan for my daughter, and 2 Santa Fe’s. Our new Santa Fe is a great car all around. We love it! My wife drives it. My Sonata is a 2012. My engine went out at 168,000 miles. I was going to the dealer to buy a new car the next day and they informed me there was a recall. That year they had some issues with engines and they said I was getting a new engine for free! I said well how much is the labor going to be? They said Hyundai was covering it all! I knew then I never wanted to work with another company. I still drive the Sonata and now have 265,000 miles total on it. I may never sell it!

They let us test drive everything we wanted to try, and then made suggestions after listening to all our pros and cons. His top pick was the winner and we went home with a better deal than we ever imagined! Jordi and Ben were both very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we understood all the details about the pricing/financing as well as all the driving and technical features of this newer Grand Cherokee hybrid model. A nice bonus was the follow-up phone call from Jordi a few days later to see how things were going and answer any questions. He even offered a follow-up visit to go over any features that needed more explanation for us! Would definitely recommend Miracle in Elverson for a great buying experience!

I am a Salesman and I usually see car buying as a challenge. One that I am up for and kind of enjoy. However, Mike took that challenge away because he made it so EASY. I had the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER with Mike Court at Zimmerman Enterprises. I went in wanting a specific car and Mike answered every question I had about it openly and honestly. He pulled no punches or tried to sell me something else. He asked me what I needed to close the deal. I told him and he went and reviewed it with management and HE, not the Manager came back with their counteroffer which 99% met my request. Well 99% is close enough, so I agreed and we were done. In less than an hour which also included a test drive! My last car buying experience took SIX HOURS !!! So even though I live 2 hours away, it was shorter with Mike.
