Jordi and Ben were both very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we understood all the details about the pricing/financing as well as all the driving and technical features of this newer Grand Cherokee hybrid model. A nice bonus was the follow-up phone call from Jordi a few days later to see how things were going and answer any questions. He even offered a follow-up visit to go over any features that needed more explanation for us! Would definitely recommend Miracle in Elverson for a great buying experience! More

So I finally got them to admit that they added extra markups to the vehicle. So after calling them out on it the price was back to the normal vehicle price, doc fee, tax, tags,title fee. I asked them to take off 500 dollars to kinda meet in the middle these people declined. Mind you I’m an hour drive away and ready to purchase now with cash. So a week later they dropped the price by $503 which was a complete insult to me because the deal would’ve been done a week ago..So if you are looking to waste your time then look no further because they will play all the games with you unless you already come in with knowledge! More
