I recently visited Apple Honda to look at a few used cards advertised on their website. The salesman I met with, JD, was outstanding and very detailed in everything we discussed. He then involved Greg as the used car sales manager to discuss our trade in. Greg was also phenomenal and went out of his way to try and help our family out with a trade and sale of a car. We ended up purchasing the vehicle elsewhere but there is NO DOUBT I will go back to Apple Honda due to my experiences with JD and Greg. I highly recommend this team.

Luciano was my car salesman. Luciano listened to what I wanted and didn't want in a vehicle. I also gave him a price range I wanted to stay in. I also mentioned wanting the best interest rate on purchasing a used car. Most of us customers don't know what we need and want. I had an idea in mind a good sales person listens understands and go off the starting point. I went for a car and ended up with a 2022 HR-V 5 door AWD sport. I absolutely love Honda. Luciano didn't care how many cars I test drove. He sat giving me car fax information and details on each vehicle. I also wanted a gps feature since the law came into effect we can't hold our cell phones. So we stepped up into a newer car with safety features gps plus with low mileage. I appreciated Luciano meeting my requirements for purchasing a vehicle and his calm nature . He also saved me money on my car insurance with all the safety features the vehicle has. It's a win win when a sales person genuinely cares about his customers. It's a win win for the company and Luciano more customers will come just for his and his knowledge patience. George sold me 2 warranties explaining the importance and benefits. George also showed me around the Honda dealership . Luciano and George made sure I was comfortable while waiting to finalize my purchase. After finishing my purchasing agreement Luciano left to fill my vehicle with gas. Luciano walked out to a washed waxed and clean inside of the vehicle done by employees at the dealership. I was floored how clean and extra they took into my purchase. Luciano went over different features on my vehicle explaining where everything was again. it was a good experience I will be back. Luciano I will tell everyone what a fantastic sales person you are. I Leased a 2022 Honda Accord last year from Apple Honda of Hanover because I gave my leased Subaru Outback to my daughter for school. My Honda was Great on gas. But I always wanted a truck again. Called up Sang to see if any Ridgeline were available in white. No success but he gave me some great option on other colors. I went (Black) and I'm glad I did! Beautiful color, Wonderful Price, & Wonderful Customer Service from everyone and yes, I leased the Ridgeline also. And guess where I will be going once this lease is up.
