Dealer was not knowledgeable about the car,nor state tax charges and then the dealership wanted me to file for my tag even after they charged me doc fees and admin fees. Also dealer was trying to tell me to use some other bank instead of Ford credit, which thankfully I had already been approved for the lower interest rate.

(Purchased at CHarper) Honda CRV 2020 and paint is pealing between door frames and driver side head and tail lights have moisture leak. Service agent stated car out of warranty. Both issues are honda manufacture defect and not a warranty issue. Wonder if CHarper will step up and assist now!

Bought 22 F150 Lightning. It was a mannequin that they got in June 2022. They could not sell it until Dec 2022. In June 2025, all connected services and warranty expired. Dealer has been no help in getting it resolved. It was not previously titled, as was sold with a Certificate of Origin.

My suggestion is go elsewhere. Promised to call to see what could be done and lied to because they never callled

They installed a defective part in my wife's car that had to be replaced the next day at another Ford dealer. Despite being provided the invoices for both replacements, they refuse to reimburse for the part or even return a phone call or email. Once you leave their lot, you are on your own.

McCrackin Ford closed on Thursday, 02-15-07. What a shame. Not!! Couldn't have happened to a dealership that deserved it more. The only decent person at the place was the gsm, Tim Dye, who would actually respond to my irate correspondence, concerning items missing from the car at the time of sale (floor mats, owner's manual, etc.) My salesperson SUCKED. Absolutely no follow through, no response to any questions, total bonehead. Even sending a letter TO THE OWNER produced no response. I love the car I bought...I detest the people that I bought it from. Thank God no one else will have to be subjected to these yahoos.
