The next morning, I got a call from Said Hashemi, and right away, he made the process feel effortless. He had already pulled the car out for me and even recorded a full video tour, walking me through every detail like he was right there with me. Since I live two hours away, he promised to be my eyes and ears, making sure everything was right. That level of care really stood out, and honestly, the car looked even better than I expected. That day was crazy busy for me, but Said was on top of everything—answering my questions, checking on my concerns, and keeping me updated. In my case, they took the time to explain where I had gone wrong in my calculation of a lease payment and were never snarky or demeaning about it. Jimmy, Taylor, and Mr. Dorgan are the employees that I got a chance to speak with by phone. At such a point when I thought that I would not hear from them again, they reached back out and were more than happy to discuss and explain the aforementioned situation. I can confidently say that you'll be in good hands when transacting with them. Their pricing is also highly competitive depending on the point to which you're willing to negotiate. All in all, it's a fantastic place to procure your next ride.

While traveling this past weekend , our lemon of a Dodge Magnum broke down on us again. This car has less than 10000 miles on it & has been in theshop many times. Our regular dealer was of no help to us in this matter, & since we were out of town Chrysler sent our Magnum to the Accident Garge to be fixed. While witing for the service I jokingly told one of the salesmen I would love to trade back to a PT Cruiser, but out regular dealer told us that would not be possible because of the amount we owed on the Magnum. Suffice it to say that 2hrs later we were driving away in a new PT , leaving a verytroublsome Magnum behind. The Accident Garage will be the dealer we go to next time we are looking for a new car. I purchased a Certified Used 2016 Ram 1500 pickup from Marlow Motor Company on March 16, 2024. The vehicle was purchased at 80,000 miles. Since that time I have had two service appointments at Marlow Motors with oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections. I have had the battery replaced, replaced the serpentine belt, replaced the CPCH and valve-purge control, and spent $970.50 in parts and labor along the way. Then, on March 3, 2025, after just over 10,000 driving miles in the first year, I was due for inspection. I confidently returned to Marlowe for the inspection thinking that since the purchase of a Certified Used Vehicle, regularity of service and inspections, and just over 10,000 miles of usage in the first year, I would pay my $20 for a successful inspection and be on my way. Some time later while in the waiting room, I received a text telling me that my vehicle had failed inspection and that there were 5 items that "required immediate attention" to the tune of $1683.58. Fourth on the list of these items was "Replace Rear Brake Pads and Resurface Rotos." A service representative soon joined me in the waiting room to further explain that it was the brakes that had failed inspection. The first three items on the "requires immediate attention" list included brake fluid exchange service and four-wheel alignment, and differential service. The fifth item was "replacing cabin air filter" which I was pretty sure did not "require immediate attention" in relation to a state inspection. I asked the service representative what it meant to purchase a Certified Used Vehicle and he mumbled that everything is in working order and safe. When I queried how the brakes of a Certified Used Vehicle could be deemed unsafe with only 10,000 miles of usage, I was told that the inspector did not look at my purchase and service history. I told him that I had lost trust and confidence in Marlowe Motors as my service shop and how disappointed I was in that I was planning to continue my service with them for the vehicle, but now simply wanted my vehicle returned. They had lost me as a customer. For the cost of $22.87 and a failed inspection sticker in my windshield, I went to another local state inspector, paid my $20 and passed inspection. Lesson learned.

Lesson we learned the hard way frI'm GERRY-RAYMOND in Brookville Pa... Mid-January we purchased a new 2025 1500 Ram from Gerry-Raymond in Brookville PA. We had the truck for about a week, less than 250 miles and a fuel injector failed. Gerry-Raymond had the truck until mid February to replace the injector and spray a bed liner (paid for at time of purchase). The GM said "let us show you what kind of dealership we are". The truck was returned, we had the truck for about a week and the check engine light came on (a Saturday). Called GR GM, promised Monday pick up, called Tuesday to remind them to pick it up... They picked up the truck Tuesday, took a week to identify the problem (oil pump would not go to low pressure mode). Replacement part is obsolete in the Ram system. April 1st GR took back the loaner vehicle and the GM would not take our calls, threaten to come with State Police if we didn't give up the loaner. It's currently April 14, no loaner, no truck, no call, no repair.... We bought new to not have these problems... BUYER BEWARE, AVOID GERRY-RAYMOND IN BROOKVILLE PA, and Ram launches new platforms with obsolete parts... Truck is less than 500 mikes, RAM customer service will not do an exchange... After the sale they WILL forget who you are.... May 19, finally heard from the dealer, repairs just completed after 76 days, during the verbal exchange, John Whiley the GM, attacks the wife for the review they earned and then hung up on me.... Avoid this dealership at all costs...

Dealer sales price is not the real price of the cars they post that the price if you qualify for all the incentives. If it sales sales price that should be the price before and incentives because not everyone get those and to get them all would be extremely hard. Salesman I talked to was very rude when I bought this up and I don’t deal with dealerships like that the internet price should be a price that everyone would pay if they walked into the dealership to purchase new car.
