Very friendly service from Danielle and the gentleman that works in the service department who told me he's been there for at least a year. Very positive. Very very positive. Tom and Kenny dropped off my car. Very professional, very polite and always great to see my Ford family and friends. They treat you like your family. They are honest and trustworthy. I had an excellent truck purchasing experience. My sales representative was Bob Lauer. Bob was extremely helpful with setting up my test drive for a truck I was interested in purchasing. Throughout the entire purchasing process, Bob was knowledgeable about any questions that I had and kept me informed about the status of every stage during the purchase process. Bob was also committed to making sure that the accessories I wanted/needed in my new truck were promptly ordered. Although not every accessory was available same-day as my purchase, the parts department had advised an accurate time for the accessories to arrive to the dealership for installation. When I had returned to the dealership after my purchase was complete, Bob made sure that it was well communicated with the service department regarding what needed installed on my new truck. The entire truck purchase was made easy and all of the staff that I had interacted with during my truck purchase was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I would gladly purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

Blue Advantage purchase. - Davis

Blue Advantage purchase. Found inspection check list was fraudulent. I replaced all four brake rotors, pads, guide pins, all wipers original (stated replaced). Brakes were metal on metal after 900 miles. All brake components claimed 90% remain. Dealers said, "oh sorry". Cost me $800. I'm letting FoMoCo know about this scam.

Sorry Sean Ford is false advertisement they're actually owned by Ken Ganley Auto Group which I swore on my life I would never deal with again until I was tricked into going to one because it doesn't say on the sign that their affiliated!!! Save your money and go somewhere else other than buying a car anywhere from either of those men!!!
