This has been my second, or maybe third visit since I - SMYERS1396

This has been my second, or maybe third visit since I moved back up to Pittsburgh and required a new service provider. Each visit I have had, has run smoothly and has been very informative. Honestly my favorite part is the service videos you get telling you about your car and their recommendations. This past visit I got the works package and they asked if I wanted to go ahead and do my state inspection and I had to explain I needed that service first so I could make sure I didn’t need any pricier fixes before my state inspection. Thankfully they understood and we continued with my original request and they even answered a question I had about a concern I had about my rotors. All in all, my experience was lovely.

I know they are new to this location and they are a tad bit smaller than other stores however their pricing was amazing. Our salesman Gabe was wonderful to deal with and the business manager who did our financing was really great. I trust them and have a good feeling if I need anything for this car I’d be taken care of. Thanks again lads.

I had an excellent truck purchasing experience. - Matt

I had an excellent truck purchasing experience. My sales representative was Bob Lauer. Bob was extremely helpful with setting up my test drive for a truck I was interested in purchasing. Throughout the entire purchasing process, Bob was knowledgeable about any questions that I had and kept me informed about the status of every stage during the purchase process. Bob was also committed to making sure that the accessories I wanted/needed in my new truck were promptly ordered. Although not every accessory was available same-day as my purchase, the parts department had advised an accurate time for the accessories to arrive to the dealership for installation. When I had returned to the dealership after my purchase was complete, Bob made sure that it was well communicated with the service department regarding what needed installed on my new truck. The entire truck purchase was made easy and all of the staff that I had interacted with during my truck purchase was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I would gladly purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

Greg Knauf is a top notch salesman. - Exploring with Family

Greg Knauf is a top notch salesman. Our family was treated with respect and kindness from every member within the dealership. The cleanliness is immaculate throughout the cars, showroom, and restrooms. The Keurig is always stocked well and used by my children each visit. We scheduled an appointment to purchase an ordered SUV, all the paperwork was ready to sign, and our children did not wait long to show us how to use electronic screen all the way home. We will return and have recommended Phill Fitts Ford to family and friends.

Blue Advantage purchase. - Davis

Blue Advantage purchase. Found inspection check list was fraudulent. I replaced all four brake rotors, pads, guide pins, all wipers original (stated replaced). Brakes were metal on metal after 900 miles. All brake components claimed 90% remain. Dealers said, "oh sorry". Cost me $800. I'm letting FoMoCo know about this scam.

Worst car buying experience ever! - gmonkey081

Worst car buying experience ever!!! Sorry Sean Ford is false advertisement they're actually owned by Ken Ganley Auto Group which I swore on my life I would never deal with again until I was tricked into going to one because it doesn't say on the sign that their affiliated!!! Save your money and go somewhere else other than buying a car anywhere from either of those men!!!

Got a new Ecosport, great price with the incentives. Tim... - dsbargins

Got a new Ecosport, great price with the incentives. Tim Scully was very easy and very helpful in making a good deal. I would recommend him for a square deal and help in setting up all the electronics and Ford perks. I looked at 6 dealers and Tim was very pleasant helped us a great deal. Tim worked with Jordan Gollmer (finance mgr.) and got me a better rate than my own credit union.
