I've been going to Matthews for 8 years now. Only once was I disappointed in my service experience, and Mike Savage was very willing to meet with me to correct the discrepancy in my bill, to my satisfaction.
Today I went back to purchase my second Subaru, as my current Subaru was rear-ended. It was a busy Saturday, bur Dillon and Liam still made sure to fit me in to their schedule, to help me look for a new car.
Liam asked appropriate questions about my likes and dislikes in a new car, to determine a "best fit" for me.
Another dealership forgot that my car was in for service that day. (It has not been moved, when I returned at 5:00 p.m.) Two other dealers did not rotate my tires when they claimed they did. After 8 years, I still trust Matthews !
I have never felt as comfortable at a dealership as I do at Matthews.
