Pick up & drop off service was great. The service was typical, no issues. Service Dept. did not contact me so I assumed everything was good. I did request the 10,000 mile maintenance check when scheduled, but it was not done.

The vehicle repair service as well as those that work in the service center are subpar at best . Training on how to treat customers with honesty and kindness would help all those in the service center . Our family will no longer be purchasing or taking vehicles for repair . However we use D’ELLA GMC and have for years for our GMC’s the staff and service team and their work is outstanding !
