He indicated I signed the paperwork but there was no total estimate. I admit I didn't read every line but i was also dropping off before work and was already running late. Additionally I am disappointed I purchased an extended warranty for nearly $4000 that has a deductible of $250 and i was charged more on top of that (gap payment?). Bumper to bumper with deductible should be exactly that. Not that plus extra charges. He said I could have always taken the car back and that's an option in the future but it costs $200 just to assess the car. They need to diagnose first so basically I was trapped into paying regardless. More
