Our salesman, Nate was great from the minute we walked in. He was very laid back and did not make us feel pressured once. Although we were really interested in the Explorer, we told him we had another tes in. He was very laid back and did not make us feel pressured once. Although we were really interested in the Explorer, we told him we had another test drive planned for another brand vehicle we were comparing. He kept in touch, but also gave us our time to make our choices. When we did go to the other dealership, the sales pitch pressured approach is exactly why we didn't give that vehicle a 2nd look, and returned to complete the purchase with Nate. He is truly an asset to Depaula, and anyone he works with, both customers and coworkers. More

I went into DePaula Ford and was introduced to Nick Chromik and I explained to him my situation with my last lease being totaled by a negligent driver a few weeks prior. He told me he’d do everything he could to get me into a new car. He was easy to work with and after many years of leasing vehicles with several dealerships in the area, it was truly the first time I felt that what I was being told was genuine. Jim was also helpful and very pleasant and Tracy in the business office was extremely personable and enjoyed conversing with her. My entire experience with DePaula Ford was a positive one. More

This dealership goes out of their way to accommodate my busy schedule.
