The first and the last time I ever go to this dealership. I got my 2021 Q5 at Beiner Audi in Great Neck and never had an issue with the car (love the car) until last weekend. The car appeared to have some electrical system malfunction and required a tow. I towed to Huntington on the basis that I live there, the car was stuck near there and thought it would be more convenient. I didn't realize how poorly I would be treated from the very first phone call - the service rep (Robert Rofrano) immediately had a negative attitude towards me without even knowing me or the facts and circumstances of what happened. I nicely explained what happened to the car as best as I could (I really had no clue what the issue was, had never encountered anything like it before) and his first response was that if I tampered with the car I am going to be on the hook for any required service. I thought that was a strange way to start the conversation, but I was not at all worried because clearly the car had an internal system malfunction and I did not tamper with anything or do anything that could have remotely been related to what had happened. After days of waiting, the same service rep claimed the car could not be serviced under warranty essentially claiming that the system malfunction was due to a 2022 recall that appeared to have been serviced by Audi great neck but in fact had not, claiming that I somehow took out a plastic bag that would have been screwed into the car to protect the electrical system (this apparent plastic bag that they claimed I removed is not accessible - it is screwed into the car from somewhere under the entire backseat and I wouldn't even know where to find it). Long story short, I informed Audi great neck of the issue, and as expected, they got the car towed to them and are handling the problem with no issues and with sincere apologies for the poor service received at Audi Huntington. I share this because I wish i knew the type of customer service that is provided at Huntington - had I known, I would have just had my car initially towed to Great Neck.

Lease agreement - Audi customer

I turned in an 2015 Audi leased vehicle for a new lease and was told I wouldn't have to pay for the last 3 month left on the 2015 vehicle. Recently I received a bill for the 3 months and was told Atlantic Audi communicated with them any such agreement. Has anyone had this problem?

Avoid Audi of Queens at all costs! My experience here was beyond disappointing due to the poor professionalism of their finance manager. The wait time was unbearable—over 2.5 hours just to sign papers. To make matters worse, the finance manager was caught red-handed trying to alter the deal and sneak in an extra $250! When confronted, instead of owning up to the mistake, he became obnoxious and unprofessional, trying to shift the blame to someone else. This level of disrespect and lack of accountability is unacceptable. The finance manager clearly needs a lesson in respect and professionalism from his superiors. If you're considering this dealership, think twice and save yourself the headache. There are far better options out there!
