However in this case, Audi of Smithtown well deserves it. We ordered a 27 Audi e-Tron in January of 2026 from this dealership. We were unable to test drive the car since none were available at their dealership. In actuality there were none available anywhere in the NY area. The salesperson told us not to worry since there was nothing binding about the deal anyway if there was anything we didn’t like about the car. In fact a price for the car couldn’t even be nailed down since the 27 A6 e-tron had yet to be released. We were told the car would be in by the end of April or beginning of May. We later found out thanks to an alternate salesperson that the car would not arrive until June, almost 6 months after ordering. We grew tired of the waiting game and cancelled our order. We had left a $1,000 deposit and at the time of our order my wife and I were assured multiple times the deposit was refundable and there was no real contract anyway. Nothing was even signed. Upon notification that we were cancelling, the salesman said he wasn’t sure the deposit would be refundable. I told him he had told us multiple times the deposit was refundable. Further, there is nothing in the paperwork stating the deposit was non-refundable. I've lost track of how many calls I made to the salesperson as well as the sales manager. Calls were simply not returned and unless I called for a follow-up, one wasn't given. To this day it's nothing but radio silence from Audi of Smithtown. I finally resorted to calling the credit card company to help resolve this. I fault the management here far more than the salesperson who is at the mercy of management for issues like this. Given the exceedingly poor handling of this matter I would strongly recommend anyone considering purchasing an Audi to stay away from these shady practices by Audi of Smtihtown. If necessary, we will be taking this matter to small claims court. More
I've bought a few cars from this store and their Lexus store up the way. They are extremely easy to work with. As someone who is well versed working in the car business i can confirm Each time they excee store up the way. They are extremely easy to work with. Nestor reminds me of myself , calm listens extremely well and works to solve a problem. This is paramount of any salesman as selling a car is literally by definition the same as solving a problem. The general sales manager George was super kind , extended courtesy and eloquent in conversation. The finance department was swift , informative and kind. Checks all the boxes! Do not buy or lease from this dealership. I leased a new car from them, and as part of the agreement they were supposed to take my previous leased vehicle and return it to the original dealer I leased a new car from them, and as part of the agreement they were supposed to take my previous leased vehicle and return it to the original dealership. They never returned the car, and by the time I found out, my credit had been seriously damaged. Since then, they have been unresponsive and not helpful in resolving the issue. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience More

This is my 3rd Audi I've leased from Smithtown. My dealer, Raymond Diaz, was courteous, professional and quite knowledgeable. My experience with the leasing process was a breeze. I bought an Audi A6 back in 2015 from Audi of Smithtown and I have had nothing but WONDERFUL experiences with this dealership. Last week my a/c air vent wheel sort of pushed back into the vent and I couldn and I have had nothing but WONDERFUL experiences with this dealership. Last week my a/c air vent wheel sort of pushed back into the vent and I couldn’t get it out. I drove in without an appointment thinking they were going to be annoyed but when I got there it was the complete opposite. They had a man named Tony who took over, told me to go in and have a coffee while he and his staff tried to make it work. Just the fact that they looked into it and worked together to help me was astonishing. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the kindness and professionalism they showed me at Audi of Smithtown. I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know because this dealership stands out from the rest and I’ve known it since 2015! More
