She worked with me and the warranty company to make sure everything was taken care of with every I dotted and T crossed. Service manager Mr. Amrit Hiralall even waited for me after hours for me to pick up my vehicle, and boy oh boy was I surprised by the amazing finish and relishing of my rims. I turned in an 2015 Audi leased vehicle for a new lease and was told I wouldn't have to pay for the last 3 month left on the 2015 vehicle. Recently I received a bill for the 3 months and was told Atlantic Audi communicated with them any such agreement. Has anyone had this problem?

The car wasn’t charged, the tire pressure monitor flagged an issue (later found to be a nail), and an open recall was left unaddressed. My car ended up in service for days—these are things that should have been handled before delivery.
