I just leased a new 2026 Nissan Rogue Platinum thru the Costco Auto Program at Baron Nissan. My salesman, Satish Massand, is a very experienced salesperson. He is very kind, patient and he isn’t high pressure, like most of the other dealerships. He truly knows his stuff and really wants to help you. I felt he gave me a fair deal since I was looking for a Rogue SL, but that trim level was discontinued and if I went to the lower trim, I was losing features I had become accustomed to. I leased my Rouge from this dealer in May, 2016. The deal they advertised was they would buy me out of my existing lease if I leased a new car from them. I did the deal and gave them my old Volkswagen but they "forgot" to turn it in. Come October I'm getting invoices from VW as the car was due to be turned in in September and Nissan said they would look into it. They say they had taken the car to their service department and forgot about it. In November they finally turned the car in and in January I got the final invoice. I sent it to them at least six times and they never answered me about paying the invoice. Now their showroom is empty and I am on the hook for $3,000 they were supposed to pay.

Bought a used car and it works fine. But when it came time to cancel our lifetime warranty, which was our plan originally to do after a year, the office and the dealer, David Hershey, have been avoiding us. There’s so much lying and incompetence when it comes to filing documents at this dealership that we’re very close to filing a lawsuit against them. Long story short, just don’t go here- it’ll cause you months of stress and headache as well as wasting of your money.
