We weren’t 100% set on buying when we first walked into the dealership, but our experience with the team—especially Mus—made all the difference. He was warm, friendly, and genuinely happy to meet us halfway on everything. The Kia Telluride was a bit over our budget, so Mus introduced us to the Kia Sorento—its “little brother”—and we absolutely loved it!
It took a few days to get the car due to safety checks, but Mus was incredibly patient with all our questions and requests throughout. He remained kind, respectful, and professional, and honestly, he played a big role in why we ended up purchasing.
Manager Mike was also very warm and welcoming—he has this calming, grandfatherly vibe that makes you instantly trust him. Jason, their Finance Manager, was just as impressive. He was very patient and took the time to clearly explain all of our leasing and financing options without any pressure.
Overall, we had a great experience with the team and are very happy with our new car!
