He’s a really good salesman who can sense what you want. Very un-salesman like. Got me into a new model in about 2 hours which is the fastest I have ever left a dealership and we lease a lot of cars. He even gave me all weather floor covers. The GM was great (sorry I forgot your name) and very friendly. I’ll be back and will recommend my business partners and friends to go see Victor. More

Cayla was extremely attentive, kind, and led me expertly through trading in my big truck for something more sensible. She took the time, and got me squared away, even staying and hour past closing time to through trading in my big truck for something more sensible. At first, I had what seemed to be a pleasant experience. I got a good deal for a new 2025 Kia K5 EX and was scheduled to pick up the car the next day at 7 pm. The next morning, the salesperson informs me th I got a good deal for a new 2025 Kia K5 EX and was scheduled to pick up the car the next day at 7 pm. The next morning, the salesperson informs me that “the car was scratched by a truck” which I found concerning because it shows that they neglected to keep the car safe from getting damaged while still in their possession which I found very concerning. They offered me alternatives like getting me the car in a different color or offering to fix the scratches which would take a week but I did not want either and preferred a brand new car. I was told I would get updates throughout the day about the status of the situation but I didn’t hear from them for hours. It wasn’t until I reached out an hour before my scheduled pick up time to let them know that I would just like a refund for the down payment I left that they finally replied. I was told that they had a few K5s in the same color I wanted in a different state which would take a week to get to me. However, already feeling wary about the initial situation, I was concerned about whether they might send me the original car with repairs, so I declined the offer and continued to ask for a refund. Fast forward a week and a half, I have yet to get my money back after I was told the refund would take a couple of days to process. The salesperson is not clear in their communication, sometimes ignoring my texts, and when I call the front desk to ask to speak to the salesperson it’s always that they’re “not available at the moment” and that they will tell the salesperson to call me back but I’ve yet to receive a call back. Overall, I had an extremely disappointing experience due to lack of communication and unfulfilled promises. Would recommend going to a different dealership. More
