I felt like it was an efficient sales process and the team was focused on excellent customer service at every step. I appreciated having immediate plates (saves me a trip to the DMV), coordination with insurance, and once I signed the documents, I had an amazing tutorial to learn how to operate the technology in my car. My 2021 M440i had a chipped exhaust valve. BMW recommends replacing the engine in such cases as the piece of chipped value could further damage the engine. The price that I was quoted for a new engine was $36,000. When I said that I can not afford that much, the team at BMW began to look for other options. They decided to tear the engine apart at reduced labor rates to see if my current engine could be salvaged. In the end they replaced the chipped value and performed a thorough inspection to determine the chip was no longer inside the engine. In the end they were able to repair my car to it like new condition for $6,500. $6,500 is a lot but it is much less than $36,000. I will always return to Park Avenue BMW for my auto needs, be it service or sales.

This was a custom order, and after reading so many horror stories online, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But Alfred gave me a realistic and well-informed estimate on the delivery timeline, and he was spot on. Davide in the finance office was also a pleasure to work with—no aggressive upselling, just straightforward and respectful. Lastly, a big shout out to Terry, who helped me make a last-minute interior color change while Alfred was away on vacation. The whole team made the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I especially appreciated receiving a personalized video update showing my own vehicle and detailing the work being done—an excellent touch that really builds confidence and transparency. The service advisor was outstanding: thorough, clear, and respectful. He took the time to answer all my questions, clearly outlined my options, and never pressured me into services I didn’t need. He even went out of his way to return a call on his day off—something you rarely see these days. I was given a ride home after dropping off my car, and they arranged a pickup the next day. My car was ready on time, freshly washed, and the experience from start to finish felt smooth and thoughtful. Even the waiting room is impressive, with a large window where you can view the entire service floor. And the follow-up?
