I went to a sale by invitation, not sure if I was ready to trade in my faithful, old Subaru. Mitchel was my sales person. The perfect model for me was right there on the display floor. At first, it didn’t look like I would be able to afford the car but Mitchel didn’t pressure me at all. He worked out the numbers for a lease that I could afford and off I went with a brand new car. Mitchell was great to work with, which is much appreciated because buying a new car can be stressful, but he took the edge off. Thank you Mitchel!

Dream Team at Bill Kolb Jr! (Danielle Aceto on the service desk, Chris - Technician, Alan Bass - Service Director) I brought my 2014 Subaru Forester in because I had a terrible noise, shaking from the right front wheel. The technician Chris quickly identified the problem, sent a video showing clearly how the wheel bearing was in bad shape and needed to be replaced. He continued on the video to show all the other parts of the car, complimenting the condition and pointing out anything to keep an eye on. He also told me that I would need an alignment after the new bearing was installed. Danielle on the service desk called me to go over the work and to talk about the price. Wheel bearings are expensive but in line with main dealerships. The work was done quickly. When I picked up the car I felt like the alignment was very slightly off, so I turned back to speak with Danielle and the tech. Within a few minutes Chris agreed it was slightly off, kindly took the time to explain to me how the alignment is done, why it was slightly off, made the adjustment apologized and I left very happy. It's so refreshing to do business with people that really care about their work and believe in customer service. I can't recommend Bill Kolb Jr enough.

I have been coming to Prestige Dubaru for almost 20 years. I had my last Subaru Legacy Wagon (2005) for 17 years because the Service Center is that good. I felt they were honest and never pushed unnecessary repairs. For example, one of my light covers was cracked and I asked them to replace it. They called me later and said they had done a test to see if it was still water tight and it was, so they didn’t think I needed to replace it. Saved me a lot of money.

I was able to get in touch with the BDC department. (My wife is a teacher so she barely gets time to do) I was delighted by the amount of information I could get from them just with one call. The gentleman I spoke on the phone his name is Kyle. He truly went above and beyond to get my wife everything she needed. Very professional and respectful. Able to accommodate my wife's schedule and mine to get an appointment. However, once we went to the store, we were not able to meet him in person because the salesperson told us that he just works in the BDC department. We wanted to thank him directly. Hope he also got the tip we left for him. Otherwise, thank you Bill for going over the many features of car we were looking to buy. Highly recommend Bill when purchasing a Subaru.
