I searched the internet and found a new 2023 Jeep Cherokee, leftover at this dealership that is over 100 miles away from where I live. I called and worked with Demetrius. He was a great please to work with. When we were close to a deal the manager Jay called me and got me to a price that was in my budget. It was very low pressure and I was happy that I was able to get the deal done over the phone. It only took a little over an hour to do all the paperwork. And the payment ended up being about $10 per month lower. When we were done Demetrius had a bouquet of flower for my wife (nice touch). He walked us through the delivery process and answered all of our questions. I was very impressed with all the staff I encountered with their professionalism and kindness. Definitely would recommend this wonderful family run dealership.

The dealership has need kind enough to let me know the shortcomings of the truck as well as even sweeten the deal a little bit by lowering the actual price a little, for all in all it was a good solid foundation ran good no other issues other than the brake cable which I can definitely replace and I'm happy with it. The entire process from looking at it to signing the papers was less than an hour and I was out within 2 hours driving the vehicle home. For those that Wonder they put paper plates on so you can leave right away once you add it to your insurance and then they'll mail you your real place in a few days to a week pretty good.

Plus the Turbo WOW and just the whole package including the black rims. Highly recommended to start your search at Ciocca because even if you don't buy a Subaru, you will find the vehicle that is right for you. But get a Subaru already!
