The best auto buying experience from my living room. I was shopping around for a Jeep Gladiator to get out of my leased 2024 Nissan Frontier I live in New Jersey, went to a bunch of dealerships in my area, I see David's commercials all the time and decided to find out if he was actually my dealer and just didn't know it. I started by texting my interest in the Gladiator they had on their lot. Quick response from Sam, we were trying to get to the numbers that would work for me, took about a few hours back and forth by text. Finally they came back with a number in my budget with taking my Frontier lease. Here's the best part, Joe R called me said we are getting paperwork finalized and that they would deliver the vehicle to my house and sign everything at my house. Eli in finance discussed the paperwork and agreed on everything. Mind you Im about 90 minutes away from them. Joe R salesman should up dressed nice, happy smile, we chatted a bit. Signed the paperwork, took the plates off Frontier and Drove off. Leaving me with a beautiful truck. David Dodge you were my dealer and I just found out that when I'm ready to buy another I'm coming to you, and I'm going to tell everyone I know that if they're looking for a Jeep Dodge whatever to come to you because the experience I had was amazing. Information, updates and work are good. Trying to connect to make an appointment: bad. 'Live' text contact a joke. Web page appointment page pretty much useless - person's email contact apparently doesn't work there any more. Calls to the dealership were transferred to the service area but it took two attempts and multiple days to get a call back.

A dealership running at its capacity should have a concierge service. If not loner cars while you wait, at least a concierge service that drops you off and picks you back up like other car dealerships that are even smaller in size than this one, because sitting and waiting there for 3-4 hours while your car is being serviced is quite unnecessary and counterproductive for the client. also, at least have some free snacks if the wait is going to be that long, if you are spending a bundle of money and time, at least your vehicle can be washed simple things like this will put an added smile on a customers face. This is all part of customer satisfaction not just what’s cost-effective for the dealer.(Hire two Wash techs, this could boost customer satisfaction and widen the job market) other than that the workers are quite courteous, and the craftsman seem to be quite thorough,

Dan the finance manager was efficient and extremely friendly and attentive to detail. And all under the supervision of Bob the manager who was extremely accommodating.
