This was the first time I visited this dealership since I live in Nj and usually go to another one for service. I had an issue that needed to be taken care of right away. Ciocca service was able to get me in the next day while my usual dealer said I could bring in my car but that they couldn’t guarantee that I would be able to have it fixed or even looked at. The issue was fixed along with another ongoing issue that I had complained to my normal dealer about a few times. Both of the issues were known to be faulty and they were covered under warranty. Jeremy in service was professional and extremely easy to deal with.

Consistently superb service. I have had car maintenance done at Glanzmann Subaru since purchasing my car in 2016. Michael O was my service advisor on a recent visit. He was very courteous and attentive throughout the entire process of getting my car inspected. He went over the multi-point checklist, line by line, explaining the items on the list in non-technical language that I was able to understand. In all the years of getting service at Glanzmann Subaru, I have felt confident in their expertise and reliability. Also, I have never had to wait too long for any service or repairs, but it is never a problem to wait on site because the waiting area is so comfortable and spacious.
