Great service, as usual! No surprises between actual and estimate. Kristina is a wonderful advisor and walked me through some of the new e-docs for my Loaner and I was in my new Audi (for the day) in less than 10 mins. This is my second Audi and 5th car from this dealer group.

I was on the market, looking to upgrade from my 2015 Q5. My search came upon a CPO at Audi Hawthorne. They had the precise trim and color I wanted. There I met sales person Nicolas. Nicolas was great in guiding me with the features of the vehicle and answering all my question. Tom the sales manager made it all possible for me to take this vehicle home. Tom settle for an awesome price that I was comfortable with. Ricardo the finance person made the process easy by explaining every document that I signed. My wife and I had some good laughs with Ricardo. It was truly a great experience. Thank you all. and I honestly recommend anyone looking for an Audi. Stop by Audi Hawthorne.

This is one of the worse dealership and service department. Took my wife’s 2023 Q5 Sportback in for an inspection, oil change and audio system service. Spent 5 hours there for them to present a bill to repair the subwoofer on a vehicle that’s still under warranty. Asked to speak to the GM, who never came to see my issue. This was my wife’s 4th and probably last Audi. I would rate the sales representative, service manager and GM at the bottom of the star list, the worst!!!

Prices listed on other sites are not correct and they will not give you an out the door price unless you walk into the dealership. Carfax had the vehicle listed for 2k less than what Audi told me the actual price was. It's bait and switch. This is a xxxxty way to do business.

One of the easiest car-buying experiences I’ve ever had! Imani Murray was an outstanding salesperson, and I highly recommend asking for him when you visit Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus. I give him two thumbs up — he's very honest, professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Whether I called, texted, or emailed, Imani responded almost instantly every time. That level of communication made everything smooth and stress-free. The Finance Manager, Mantas, was also a pleasure to work with. He was straightforward, didn’t pressure me into any additional financing options, and made the paperwork part of the process very easy. People like Mantas and Imani truly represent what great customer service should look like at a dealership. I would absolutely return to work with them again and wouldn’t hesitate to buy another vehicle from this team.

Based on my experience, this dealership is greedy, outrageously overpriced, and completely dishonest. They tried to stick me with a $7,800 repair estimate for a water pump, thermostat, and breather without doing a proper pressure test or real diagnostic inspection or objective test. they didn’t put the car in the lift. They didn’t have any verification, except an on top look at radiator fluid that was spilled from me, capping it over, which is extremely laughable and amateur and unprofessional..All they had was a top-side video inspection and then tried to turn that into a massive bill. I took the car to an independent mechanic who performed actual objective testing and resolved the issue for $450. That is not a small difference. That is the difference between honesty and exploitation. What makes this even worse is that the owner, Tim, came across as condescending, arrogant, and completely unwilling to take responsibility. Instead of admitting they were wrong, he hid behind refunding the $358 diagnostic fee while still defending a completely unsupported diagnosis. I even offered to bring the car back after the auxiliary radiator repair so they could show me the leaks they claimed existed, and of course they could not back it up. this business is not interested in fair dealing or real customer service. They appear far more interested in scaring customers into outrageous repair bills and pushing them into trading in their vehicles. That is a predatory way to do business. There was no integrity, no accountability, and no respect shown at any point. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and Audi, but because they are an independent dealer, there seems to be very little real oversight. Stay away from this dealership. If you go there, be prepared for inflated pricing, unsupported diagnoses, and a level of dishonesty that no customer should have to deal with. I felt completely taken for a fool, and I would never trust this place again.

Buyer beware! These guys are hustlers... purchased a car and brought it in a month later for an add on. Well it was at their shop they damaged the car and did not fix the damages... Do yourself a favor and skip these criminals!

After a long battle with engine lights, EPC, side curtain airbags, and all the sensors lighting up like New Year’s fireworks, it’s finally over! Huge thanks to Peter, the service manager, who carefully investigated why all these lights came on—like a runway at an airport—and discovered that the battery had been running in a default mode causing all these issues. Got my car back yesterday, just one day before the holidays. Fantastic service with smiles all around! 🚗

The car wasn’t charged, the tire pressure monitor flagged an issue (later found to be a nail), and an open recall was left unaddressed. My car ended up in service for days—these are things that should have been handled before delivery.
