Eric was the incredibly rude when I came past Monday evening to find out if my new lease was ready as it was supposed to be delivered Friday. Both the broker and myself were not getting a straight answer from the dealership. Eric couldn’t have been ruder to me or the broker that I was using and basically at the top of his lungs was berating me for stopping by to find out why it wasn’t ready, he did this in front of approximately 6 of the other staff that were present.
